(Okay so before this starts I just wanna say that this isn't the typical tayvis thing as it is the story of how me and my fiancé met just with their names so if you don't want to read it you don't have to. I don't have any other inspo for one shots so I thought this would be easy to do. Also just a cute tribute cause we're getting married tomorrow only because neither of us wanted to wait to have a wedding. So in this one shot, Travis is one year older than Taylor and I'm gonna use the American school system. Middle school is 6-8 and high school is 9-12. My lovely fiancé also helped me write some of this and helped me tell his side of the story, Love you J ❤️. And all the diary's were typed word for word from my old notebook unfortunately. Okay enough talking now you can read !)Taylors POV
(Starts November 2018)Dear diary, I saw this really cute boy in the halls today. I was on my way to PE and passed by him in the halls, he smiled at me but I think it was just friendly. I asked my friends and found out that he's an 8th grader. Which means I probably have no chance with him since I'm a year younger but that's fine. He's also like way out of my league.

"Selena he literally wasn't looking at me." I roll my eyes, secretly glancing over her shoulder to look at the boy. I had recently found out his name was Travis. He's on the football team, number 62.
"I'm telling you he was. The eyes don't lie Tay." She laughs, using her fork to stir her abomination of a school lunch.
"Sel that's disgusting." I scrunch my nose at the ugly stench.
"Um well yeah, that's kind of the point." She laughs, picking up the slosh with her fork, making me involuntary gag.
"What the hell even is that shit?"
"Um it's a little bit of milk, pears, bread, mashed potatoes... and um... other things I forgot." She says.
"I will throw that away for you. Only because I do not want to look or smell that anymore." I pick up her tray and walk across the cafeteria to the trash cans, dumping the tray off and watching the slosh plop into the trash bin.
"Oh that's nasty." I mumble to myself, stacking the empty tray on top of the others. Right as I turn around to go back to Selena I bump into someone, a very tall someone.
"Oh I'm so sorry!" I say, looking up and seeing Travis.
"It's okay, I guess I got too close there." He smiles and continues walking. I rush back to the table with flushed cheeks.
"Why are you so red? You look like a tomato." Selena asks, her face twisting into confusion.
"I bumped into him. The hot guy." I say, fanning my face totally embarrassed.
"Hey so first of all, you can call him hot because he isn't hot, you're just weird and think ugly guys are greek gods walking this earth. Second of all, what do you mean you bumped into him?" She asks, leaning closer across the table.
I roll my eyes at her first statement, but knowing that she just says that with all guys I like. Which isn't nice to know we won't ever have the same crush.
"When I was done putting the tray down, I turned around and he was like.. right there behind me." I whisper.
"For real?" She giggles and I kick her under the table.

Dear diary, today's the first day of 8th grade and I'm really sad I won't get to see Travis for a full year which is so not cool. But Selena convinced me to do sideline cheerleading so maybe if I still do it next year I'll get to cheer for the high school team and he will see me and fall in love with me instantly. Just kidding but a girl can dream. I have a few of my older friends keeping tabs on him for me but it's not the same as getting to walk past him in the hall way anymore.
