"Did you have a good time?" Emilio asks me a few minutes into our drive home. His voice is lower than usual so I can tell he's tired. Rolling my neck I glance at him with squinted eyes.
"Mhm, did you?" Emilio only nods. Placing his large hand on the middle of my thigh. Instinctively I place my hand on top of his, drawing circles aimlessly. "Dalia texted saying that Spear was fed, bathed, and put to bed." Emilio glances at me from the side of his eyes with a raised brow. "I know right."
"That's good, right?" Emilio comments unsure about my expression.
"Yeah," sighing I roll my eyes getting rid of my annoyed forehead creases. "It is, it's great. I don't know why I feel like this," it was as if I was jealous of my own brother. Emilio squeezing my thighs is enough to get me talking. "Sometimes I just wish he could have been like this when I was younger. Don't get me wrong I'm happy for Spear. I just wish he didn't wait putting on the father of the year act."
"I understand, it's years we will never get back." Closing my eyes I turn my head back towards the ceiling of the car. "But reflecting on the past and things we wish we could change will only derail you. Anytime you try thinking about the past just think of the better future that is ahead of you." A small grin turns up on my lips at Emilio's comment.
"When did you get so wise?"
"When I finally had things to look forward to in the future." Opening my eyes at a red light I look at Emilio with a cheesy grin.
"You softy." I lean forward kissing his cheek and only then do I look out his window and see the difference in views. "Where are we going?" I say placing my hands on his thighs so I can look closer. "Wait, are we going to the beach."
Emilio's hair flaps in the wind when I look at him. He nods with a smile keeping his eyes on the road the entire time. Pushing his hair back from his forehead I start to peck the side of his face I'm closest to. "I love the beach."
"I know." Emilio says, "Darling unless you want me to pull over on the side of the road to fuck you, I would stop with all the kisses." I burst out laughing sitting back and slapping his shoulder.
"Don't be so vulgar Emilio."
"Why? We're alone?"
"We were having a sweet conversation," I grab his hand when I realize it was still on his lap. I only move it halfway till Emilio gets the memo and finished the distance to my thigh.
"I like your skirt," Emilio says lowly, his thumb rubs the inside of my thighs which collects my attention. Looking at him from the side of my eyes I tap the back of his hand in silence. "It would look better scrunched at your waist though." My jaw drops open reviving a laugh out of him.
"Keep the bedroom talk at a zero when we're outside buddy," patting his arm I let go of him entirely when he parks a few feet away from the sand. "I haven't been to the beach in so long." I'm quick to take of my seatbelt but the minute I touch the door Emilio locks it.
"Wait for me." He says unlocking only his door and stepping out. I blush freely giving into the princess treatment that I had never received by anyone else before. Opening the door he smirks down at me, "Let's go," he holds his hand out directing me a few feet forward before he shuts the door and places a hand on my waist.
