''helloo friendss.'' ivan yawned as they met the group in the common room. niki waved, finagon saluted for some odd reason and eXcess -
wasn't there? ''where's eX?'' they asked. niki shrugged.
''she said she had to be somewhere.'' she explained, tone soft, sweet almost. it'd been 3 days, and they had stuck with niki for the majority of it, finagon occasionally going to hang out with tommy or eXcess had found someone fun and spoke to them; ivan was getting to know foolish aswell.
''huh. okay, well then, what class do you guys have firstt? i have social studies.''
''i've got english.'' niki smiled.
''i havee- physics.'' finagon grimaced. ''do i have to do work? so stupid..'' niki just sighed.
''do what you want, but i'd go to classes if i were you, it sucks when you don't and you get caught.'' finagon shrugged, huffing. ivan stood up.
''im gonna go now; wanna get to class early.'' they smiled and quickly walked off whilst grabbing xyrs books. niki stood up aswell, doing the same thing.
''you should probably come too, physics is this way.'' she said to finagon, who got up quickly and went after her.

''class is so boring.'' ivan sighed. ''and i haven't even seen eX all day!'' they huffed. niki nodded, grimacing.
''mhm, i know, but we can't magic her back; we'll just have to wait.'' it was only him and her, finagon had went somewhere to annoy sapnap's group with tommy. classic finagon, honestly. ''niki? who do you hang out with?'' they suddenly asked, in thought. niki hummed.
''nobody. or, you guys, sometimes foolish and karl and occasionally tommy.'' she said after some time. ''i don't really hang out with people. i think that school is much more important.'' she stated simply. ''but thats just my opinion! if school is fun because of your friends, then do what you want, ya know?'' suddenly, eXcess ran up to them.
''i got detention..''
''what? how?'' ivan looked suprised.
''skipped 2 of my classes and.. got caught.''
''ughhh, eX!''
