"Hey, you skipped training with Steve this morning." Bucky suddenly remembered, mid game of monopoly with Sam, Peter, and Madeline.
"Oh shit, yeah I did." She gasped. "I'll talk to him after this game."
"Maddy,"
"Fine, I'm going." She groaned, throwing the rest of her Monopoly money at Peter, and all her properties to Sam. "You're no fun, Bucky."
"Just go, I got a game to win." Sam said, shooing her away.
"I bet you only wanted me to leave right now so you would have a better chance at winning." She said to Bucky, who only replied with a smirk and a wink.
She chuckled as she walked away, making her way up to the floor that Steve shared with Thor.
Upon walking in, it was very clear that the two superhero's had divided the room into sides.
One was filled with dozens of random asguardian objects, the other was cluttered with vinyl records from the 40's, and stacks of old books.
The figured Steve's room was on the 40's side, and made her way over, knocking on the door.
"Hi, Mads. What you doing down here, I thought you guys were playing uno?" He asked, crossing his arms and leanjng against the door frame.
"Monopoly actually."
"Then what was all the screaming about?"
"... so I wanted to apologise for missing training with you today." She started, after a very long pause. "I forgot to set an alarm."
"It's fine, I was actually planning on training again tonight if you'd like to join me?"
"Yeah, sure. I do owe you after all." She replied with a smile.
"Great. I'll meet you down there in a couple hours?"
Madeline nodded, and paused again for a moment, before nodding again and walking back to the elevator, Steve watching her as she walked away.
