I won't let you feel my shame
For I'm deserving of that pain
Forever indebted to my past
Forever committed to this future
The one I created, I earned
Because I chose not to learn
With each mistake I took a step
When one chooses to be selfish
The world must choose to return
A life and mind full of rue
We create our destiny
And for some reason, I chose this
