We looked in each others' eyes and saw what we felt
The deep sorrow, the scars from past pain, and the guilt
Pulling us together, drawing from emotions
Thinking it will bring order to the dissonance
The same notes played at once, melody might summons
Yet, when the keys are hit, we become two demons
Grasping for air, we drag each one down to the depths
Sinking below, until Hell becomes an annex
We looked in each others' eyes and destroyed our lives
A garden we planted, from seedlings of landmines
