The stage is set, the lights burn bright,
A moment frozen in the soft twilight.
The whispers fade, the world goes still,
As I stand in the silence, against my will.I've played my part, I've worn my mask,
I've danced in shadows, completed the task.
Every scene, every line, every laugh, every tear,
Now lingers in the echoes, both far and near. But now, the curtain starts to fall,
The final act, the curtain call.
Do I bow with grace, or hesitate,
Wondering if it's too late? The applause may come, or fade away,
But in the end, it's just another day.
For what are we, if not actors in time,
Playing out stories, both yours and mine?I gave it my all, left it all on the stage,
Each word like ink on a fragile page.
And though the lights may dim and fade,
The memories stay, the roles I played. As the curtains close, and shadows bend,
I find my peace in this quiet end.
For every beginning must greet its end,
A cycle, a story that time will mend.So with one last glance, I'll take my bow,
No regrets linger, I'm ready now.
For life is a play, and I've had my part,
But the curtain call—it's the purest art.
