Following Me in My Desperate Endeavor

Are you following me in my desperate endeavor,
Through winding roads that stretch forever?
In shadows thick and paths unclear,
Will you stay close, will you stay near?

I'm chasing dreams that slip through my hands,
Building castles on shifting sands.
A wanderer lost, a soul adrift,
Yet you're here with every step and shift.

I can't promise light, can't promise ease,
Only storms and restless seas.
But in your eyes, I find a shore—
A faith in me, I can't ignore.

Through silent doubts and broken lines,
Through worn-out days and faded signs,
You follow close, you hold me tight,
A compass guiding in the night.

So if I fall or lose my way,
Will you be there, come what may?
In this desperate endeavor, wild and true,
The only path I see is you.
