37. Everybody knows

As the weeks went by more women were brought forward as victims of Scott. There were 14 found in total from the past 3 years, including the dna proof they collected from me. How the fuck did he get away with it for so long. All we had to do now was wait for the court date to put his ass away in prison. Arizona's 12 week scan was as magical as the first, and thankfully there was nothing wrong with the baby. Everything was going great. Meredith managed to keep her promise and nobody else knew about Arizona, except for Callie. This time it wasn't my fault the secret slipped out. One evening when Arizona was about 15 weeks, Callie came over early, for ladies night. I let Callie inside and while we were in the kitchen drinking wine, and getting some snacks prepared, Arizona came through wearing a tight vest top, which gave away her growing bump. It was only small but obvious.

Arizona- Grey, have you seen my... oh hey Callie.

Callie- how are you... wait what?

Arizona- oh crap...

Callie- you're pregnant? When did that happen?

Shell(clearing my throat)- Scott...

Callie- oh, i'm sorry i shouldn't have said anyt...

Arizona- don't worry, it's fine. Just please don't tell anybody else, not yet anyway.

Callie- well you're not going to be able to hide it for much longer.

Arizona- i know. Grey have you seen my black baggy sweater?

Shell- yeah, its on the pile i took through for you to put away.

Arizona- okay, thanks.

Callie- can I ask...

Shell- yes, we are keeping it.

Callie- how did you know i was going to ask that?

Shell- it was kind of obvious that would be the question.

Callie- oh, okay. so who else is coming tonight?

Shell- um, Kepner, Bailey and someone called Altman. I haven't met her yet but Robbins said she is great.

Callie- yeah, she's the new head of cardio. She was in the army with Hunt.

Shell- that explains how she got the job then.

Callie- i dont think its like that Shell. She's pretty good at what she does.

Shell- i dont get why he didn't make Cristina head of cardio. They're screwing aren't they?

Callie- they were. Since the plane crash I don't think they have been getting on much. I dont get how you don't know all this already. I thought everybody knew.

Shell- i have kind of had a lot going on recently.

Callie- meh, true. What time are the others arriving?

Shell- around 7, i think... more wine?

Callie- yes please... You know everyone is going to notice that Arizona isn't drinking tonight right?

Shell- they probably would, but i found her some non-alcoholic wine at the store down the street.

Callie- wow, good plan.

Arizona's pov

I can't believe Callie found out. I'm so stupid, i should have known she would arrive before anybody else. I don't know if im ready for the whole hospital to know what happened to me. I just want to forget it ever happened. I know that's going to be difficult to do, especially when the baby arrives, but i will not let that affect the love I'm going to have for this tiny human. I met the new head of cardio a few days ago and we hit it off instantly. She is great and funny. I decided to make things easier for her to meet everyone else by organising a ladies night. I'm not sure how Michelle feels about it. I made sure it was just a few of us as to not overwhelm her, I know how much she hates socialising with too many people all at once. when i finished speaking with Michelle and Callie, i went back through to our bedroom to retrieve my sweater. After a short while there was a knock on the door. I went back through to the kitchen as Michelle let in April and Teddy.
