"Good morning, Hwang!" Chan greeted the raven as soon as he heard the unique sound of Hyunjin's private elevator. Turning around with a smile, Chan exclaimed, "You finally decided to show up? What's the occasion?" he asked as he put together a stack of contracts for Hyunjin to sign.

"I was forced to come," Hyunjin muttered under his breath, his face reflecting his discontent at being in his company building.

Confused, Chan asked, "How come? I was about to get all this," motioning at the stack of papers, "ready in an email for you to sign."

"Felix had to go back to classes..." Hyunjin mumbled with a little frown, "I will sign those before I leave for the day... I have about three hours before I need to pick him up."

Approaching Hyunjin, Chan hummed, "Oh, okay. At least you're wearing a tie! Did you finally learn how to tie it?"

"He tied it for me."

"Oh... so that means that you will never learn... I mean... As long as you have him with you, right?" Chan chuckled, to which Hyunjin sarcastically joined with a painful wince.

"I see that you decided to wear your clown shoes today."

"What do you mean?" Chan gasped, looking down at his shoes. "These are the most comfortable pair I own. They are not stylish... but at least they don't make my feet sore, unlike yours!"

"My shoes are fine..." Hyunjin retorted. "You are the one who decides to wear Chuck Taylor's with a suit."

"Yeah... Yeah, mate... I get it, they don't match."

"They wouldn't look so sore for the eyes if they were black."

"I like them alright?" Chan sighed, "Anyway... Since you mentioned your boyfriend, I am obligated to tell you that someone is waiting for you in your office."

Hyunjin's eyes narrowed with a sense of betrayal as he looked at Bang Chan. It was a look filled with intense emotion, a glare that could pierce through the soul if it could. "I just got here...You didn't even know that I was coming. What do you mean there is already someone waiting for me!?" His voice rose in frustration, drawing the attention of several employees on the same floor.

"There wasn't much I could do about that, Jin," Chan whispered, a look of concern on his face. "They just walked in, and when I tried to stop them to let them know that you weren't here, she yelled at me to get out. They have been in there for quite some time." Chan added in a whisper. "I think she was trying to look important. As if her words meant something to us... you know? The lower class... The less important people here?"

"Important?" Hyunjin scoffed, "You mean to say that Wonyoung is the one who's waiting for me?" The raven asked, his eyebrows pinched in the middle.

Chan leaned in closer and whispered, "She is not alone..."
