Chapter 1: The Setup
It was a regular day at Superhero Rise Academy, but for Charlotte Stark, things were about to get interesting. Unbeknownst to her, Eziah Woods had been planning a special day with the help of their friends: Areilella, Polly, Emily, Ava, Charlie, Sammie, LT, and David.
Areilella whispered to Emily as they set up the decorations in a secret part of the school. “Do you think Charlotte’s gonna like it?”
Emily smiled, nodding. “Oh, she’ll love it. Eziah’s been planning this for weeks.”
Chapter 2: The Romantic Setup
After classes, Eziah led Charlotte to the beautifully decorated area. Fairy lights were strung up, and a soft, romantic atmosphere surrounded them. Charlotte was in awe.
“Eziah… did you do all this?” Charlotte asked, her eyes wide.
Eziah smiled. “With a little help from our friends. But yeah, I wanted to do something special for you.”
Charlotte blushed, smiling shyly. “It’s perfect.”
Chapter 3: The Proposal
Eziah took a deep breath, then got down on one knee. He pulled out a small ring box, and Charlotte’s eyes widened even more.
“Charlotte Stark, will you be my girlfriend forever?” Eziah asked, his heart pounding.
Charlotte was stunned for a moment, but then she smiled brightly and nodded. “Yes! Yes, I will!”
Eziah slipped the ring onto her finger, and they shared a sweet kiss—just in time for their friends to cheer and clap.
Chapter 4: Caught in the Act
As they kissed again, feeling the excitement of the moment, they didn’t realize their parents had been alerted by the school’s surveillance system. Suddenly, Charlotte heard a familiar voice.
“Charlotte Stark!” It was Peter’s voice, booming with a mix of shock and sternness.
Charlotte froze, her eyes widening as she pulled away from Eziah. MJ, T’Challa, and the other parents stood at the entrance, looking very unimpressed.
Chapter 5: The Song
Thinking fast, Charlotte decided to make light of the situation. With a smirk on her face, she began singing "My Lover" by Bad Sass Girl.
She sang:
“My lover, my fighter,
We’re together, flying higher.
They can’t stop us, don’t you see?
It’s just you and me, eternally!”
The other kids gasped and tried to suppress their laughter as Charlotte danced around, performing dramatically.
Chapter 6: The Defiant Kiss
As she sang the last line, Charlotte grabbed Eziah by the collar and kissed him again, right in front of everyone.
Charlie, her twin brother, muttered to Sammie, “Oh, she’s really asking for it now.”
Sammie shook his head. “Yeah, this isn’t going to end well.”
Chapter 7: Running from Trouble
Knowing full well she was in trouble, Charlotte pulled away from the kiss, flashed a mischievous grin at her parents, and yelled, “I’M GONNA FLY LIKE A MOTHER SUCKER!”
With that, she bolted out of the room, dragging Eziah with her.
Chapter 8: The Chase Begins
Peter rubbed his temples. “Really, Charlotte? Again?”
MJ crossed her arms, giving Peter a look. “You better get after her.”
T’Challa shook his head at Eziah, “And you—after this, we’re going to have a long talk.”
Chapter 9: The Great Escape
Charlotte, running with Eziah, laughed wildly as they dashed through the halls of the academy. “We’re totally gonna get grounded for this.”
Eziah grinned, still holding her hand. “Worth it.”
Chapter 10: The Inevitable Catch
Before they could make it to the exit, Peter and T’Challa appeared from both sides of the hallway, cornering them.
Peter sighed, shaking his head. “Nice try, kiddo, but you’re not getting away this time.”
Charlotte groaned. “Ugh, seriously, Dad?”
Chapter 11: The Aftermath
Once back home, Charlotte and Eziah were both grounded. As they sat in their rooms, Charlotte looked at the ring on her finger and smiled.
Charlie knocked on her door, poking his head in. “You really did it this time.”
Charlotte grinned. “Worth every second.”
