Your point of view.

An amused chuckle escaped past my lips, viewing the group of men in black suddenly get super pumped up, face controlled in determination. All due to the small stunt pulled by the blonde.

Takemichi is surely unpredictable at times.

My eyes wandered, puffing my hands into my pocket, taking few steps forward to view the surroundings more clearly. Things have surely gotten intense. And none of the sides are gonna back down any time soon.

But where the hell is Kisaki? He's surely waiting for the right time to come out. But what for exactly?

What could he probably be plotting?

Thinking back to what Draken said about the events of the fight. A lot of the major events happened mainly because of Kazutora's reflected hatred towards Mikey.

.. the gaint ass cross that Mikey had to bear.. on that day he ended up killing kazutora..

My mind rewinded back towards his wordings. This was probably what Kisaki wanted. For him to take advantage of Mikey's state. So that he can climb up his ranks in becoming one of the the key figures of Toman.

If that's the case then those two would probably be facing each other off.

My eyes wandered. Searching for the practical duo, only to find them on top of the car junk.

"He isn't even playing fair." I whispered in annoyance. Watching Kazutora formally pass his grin towards two of his subordinates, standing along side.

Frankly speaking, I don't care about Kazutora. He's not someone I knew before any of this. Heard about him only through Keisuke, and that to only on significant dates. But, I don't exactly wish for him to die either. That's too harsh for someone that has gone through just as much as him.

But just as I tried to focus on Mikey's movements I felt a presence behind me, an unsettling one and before I could react, a smooth, mocking voice broke through the noise.

"Well, well, what's a lady like you doing here?"

My body tensed at the words and slowly, i turned, and my stomach dropped when I saw them--The Haitani brothers, grinning at me with a mix of curiosity and amusement.

From the list Keisuke had given me of people I had to make sure to avoid, the name of these two brothers were specially doubled marked on the top.

"Nice disguise." The one with the pigtail braids, who I assumed was Ran Haitani, commented as he took in my clothes. "But it doesn't really fool us, y'know?"

How did they recognize me?

"Didn't expect to see someone like you in the middle of this bloodbath." The younger Haitani added, crossing his arms.

"What, you here for someone special?" His gaze shifted toward the fight, his eyes linging on the exact same spot I had been viewing for a while, making me slightly follow his glaze, landing on Mikey before immediately looking back at him, eying the glint of realization visible in his gaze.

"Ah, I get it now."

Ran chuckled, leaning in slightly. "What's wrong? Aren't gonna answer? "

"I'm just here to watch." I replied, voice steady, despite the adrenaline rushing through me. "What's it to you?"

"Oh, nothing." Ran replied, his grin widening. "Just curious. Most girls would be smart enough to stay out of this mess."

"Bold move, really." Rindou added, his tone both mocking and impressed. "But, y'know, people might start asking questions if they find out someone like you is watching so intently."
