Your point of view.

"Will that even help?" I muttered, picking up a can of beans from the shelf and dropping it into the cart. My cellphone was balanced on my shoulder, pressed against my ear for support.

"I think it will." Baji replied confidently. "If everything works according to plan, Kisaki won't walk away unscathed."

I hummed, adjusting the phone in my left hand for better support as I wandered down the store aisles. "I'm just worried. I can't shake the feeling that he'll outsmart us somehow."

"It'll be fine." He said, his voice steady.

I frowned. "You don't know that!"

"Calm down." He sighed. "The only real problem is your end. How are you even planning to get in? Every infamous delinquent in the country is going to be there."

My gaze dropped to the floor as I exhaled deeply. "I know... I'll have to ask Mikey."

"And why do you think he's going to allow that?"

"Maybe if he's not in his right mind, I can take a chance." I shrugged, tossing a bag of chips into the cart.

"He's not going to allow it."

I clicked my tongue in irritation. "Why do you always have to be so negative?"

"Because I'm realistic." He stated matter-of-factly. "You can try, but it'll be a no. What's your backup plan?"

"Sneak in, I guess."

He snorted. "Are you serious? You'd be the only girl there. How the hell are you going to blend in?"

"Dumbass." I muttered, rolling my eyes. "That's what disguises are for."

He chuckled softly. "You're really going down that lane?"

"What else can I do? I can't leave your dumbass alone." I said, unloading the cart onto the cashier's counter. I passed a polite smile to the cashier as she scanned my items.

Baji was silent for a moment before speaking. "Chifuyu asked to meet up tomorrow. What should I say?"

"Say yes." I replied. "Chifuyu's only going to tell you things I've already told you. Besides, he'll probably ask Takemichi or me to join him."

"You haven't told Takemichi about any of this yet?"

"No." I admitted, paying the bill and picking up the bags. "The fewer people who know, the better. He'll help us anyway, so there's no point in telling him I'm planning to sneak in."

"And when are you going to tell him you already spilled everything to me?"

The chilly night air brushed against my face as I stepped outside. I sighed, massaging my forehead. "Soon..." I hesitated before softly asking. "Keisuke... am I doing the right thing?"

He scoffed. "You're just simplifying things for now. You're fine."

"I don't know... I have a bad feeling. What if something happens to you? What if you end up... dying?"

"You're worried over nothing." He said firmly. "I promise I'm not going to die."

"I don't believe in your promises."

"That's mean, you know."

"So what? The way your mind works sometimes is beyond me." I shook my head, walking down the bustling street lined with neon signs and glowing boards.
