Third point of view.

"So that's that."

You took a deep breath, gulping down the glass of water on the table as soon as you finished narrating the entire story, peeking over the glass to view Keisuke's reaction. And as you expected it was confusion and pure disblief.

"So.. me not dying didn't help at all?" He asked, tilting his head. To which you rolled your eyes, placing the glass back on the table.

"Ofcourse it did help. But.. not exactly as well."  You shrugged. "Not saying that you dying would have made things any better. Honestly I'm glad your alive, so let's not go down to that path." You explained with your hands, watching as he slowly nod his head.

"Alright, so leaving that aside--"

His words were cut off at the sound of the door bell to which you stood up to open. But froze when you saw the individuals standing behind it.

Takemichi and... Chifuyu?

"Uh.." You put on a small smile, passing a look to takemichi, who only passed a nervous smile before opening his mouth.

"I told the truth to Chifuyu."

The comment threw me off guard as you turned your gaze towards Chifuyu who only stared back, slightly nodding.

Well that was.. uh.. unexpected but who were you to argue.

"I see.. uh.. come in." You opened the door fully for the two latters before you closed it behind.

As Takemichi and Chifuyu stepped into the room, Keisuke's gaze immediately landed on them. His eyes lingered on Chifuyu for a moment before a wide grin spread across his face.

"Well, well." He drawled, leaning back in his chair with a cocky smirk. "About damn time you got in on the action as well."

Takemichi let out an awkward laugh, scratching the back of his neck. "I, uh, figured Chifuyu should know everything. He's been with me through a lot already..."

"Yeah I can see that." He let out a grin. "Welcome to the team, Chifuyu."

Chifuyu bite down the side of his cheek to surpass a smile only to fail miserably when a chuckle escaped past his lips. "Now that you say it like this Baji-san, it sure feels like we're doing something illegal."

"Okay, we don't have time for pleasantries." You interrupted, folding your arms. "How much did you tell him, Takemichi?"

"Everything." He admitted sheepishly. "I hope that isn't a problem?"

"Not at all." You assured them, motioning for them to sit. Once they did, the air grew more serious. "From everything we saw in the future, it's clear the only way to stop Toman from going to hell is by getting rid of Kisaki."

Keisuke exhaled sharply. "We need to kick that bastard out of Toman already."

"The only way to do that is to expose him---find something solid that forces his hand. Or, better yet, make him expose himself."

"But Kisaki isn't stupid." Chifuyu countered, brows furrowed. "He's calculative. If he so much as suspects we're planning against him, he'll shut it down before we even get close."

"Exactly. Which is why we need to outplay him."  You said. "Last time, he had Valhalla to back him. This time I bet he has some plans regarding the Black Dragons."

"Speaking of the Black Dragons.." Takemichi, who had been silent until now, suddenly spoke up. His tone was hesitant, drawing everyone's attention. "I, uh.. kinda got involved with them this morning."
