Omg y'all so I've been having legit the worst cramps of my life and taking pain meds made it worse. We called me doctor and she was obviously has to go through all the usual questions including "is there any chance you got better pregnant" and even though there is literally ZERO CHANCE my brain is having a meltdown over this. I'm quite literally the most asexual person ever and panic at the thought.
Anyhow I got prescribed like a ton of Tylenol and ibuprofen.
