"So, how was your dinner with them?" Jeongyeon asked, her voice laced with a subtle undercurrent of jealousy. She couldn't help but feel a pang of longing as she watched Mina, her heart heavy with unspoken desires.

Mina smiled, a serene expression on her face. "It was nice," she replied, her voice soft and gentle.

"Just nice?" Jeongyeon teased, her eyes twinkling with mischief, though her heart ached. Deep down, she yearned for the chance to be the one to whisk Mina away to a romantic dinner.

Mina paused, her gaze fixed on Jeongyeon's. "Yes, just nice," she said, her voice steady. "But this...this is better." A dangerous glint appeared in her eyes, a reckless abandon that surprised even her. She knew the risk, the vulnerability of exposing her feelings so openly. But she couldn't hold back anymore. "Being with you is better," she confessed, her voice barely a whisper.

Jeongyeon's heart pounded in her chest. She forced a nonchalant smile, her voice calm. "Oh, really? Why is that?" she asked, her eyes searching Mina's.

Mina's smile deepened. "Because it's you. I like being with you," she replied, her voice filled with a love that was both pure and profound.

Jeongyeon's heart raced, a whirlwind of emotions swirling within her. She wanted to reach out, to pull Mina close, to confess the depth of her feelings. But she hesitated, fear and uncertainty holding her back. Instead, she simply smiled, a bittersweet expression that mirrored the complexity of her emotions.

"Well, that's sweet," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Remember when we used to race each other down these streets?" Mina asked, a nostalgic smile playing on her lips.

Jeongyeon chuckled. "Yeah, those were the days. We were so carefree and silly."

They paused beneath a particularly vibrant cherry blossom tree. "It's kind of nice, though," Jeongyeon mused. "This... calmness. This grown-up feeling."

Mina nodded in agreement. "It is. But sometimes, I miss the crazy antics."

Jeongyeon's laughter, light and carefree, filled the cool spring night air. Her eyes, sparkling with mischief, met Mina's. "Me too," she agreed, her voice soft. "But hey, we can always make new memories."

Mina's heart fluttered. A smile, both hesitant and hopeful, played on her lips as Jeongyeon, ever the impulsive one, tugged her along. "Where are we going?" she asked, her voice a mix of curiosity and amusement.

Jeongyeon simply shrugged, her lips curving into a knowing smile. "You'll see."

A few minutes later, they found themselves in a serene park, a haven of tranquility amidst the bustling city. Couples strolled hand-in-hand, families picnicked on blankets, and solitary souls sought solace in the quietude.

As Jeongyeon set down the takeout from Bambam's, Mina's curiosity piqued. "What are we going to do?" she giggled.

Jeongyeon didn't answer. Instead, she shed her denim jacket and spread it out on the grass, motioning for Mina to sit. Mina hesitated, her concern evident. "Hey, you might get cold," she warned.

Jeongyeon dismissed her worries with a wave of her hand. "It's fine. I'm still wearing this thick sweatshirt." Her smile was radiant, but Mina could see the underlying warmth in her eyes.

Mina studied Jeongyeon, her gaze searching. She could feel the girl's excitement, her anticipation, and a touch of vulnerability beneath the confident facade. With a sigh, she yielded, sinking down onto the soft grass.

Jeongyeon's eyes softened as she turned to Mina. "Picnic?" She chuckled, as she pulled the food container one-by-one, "We already have food, I'll just go and buy us some drinks at the..." She glanced across the street, and luckily she found a small pocha just outside the park. "At the pocha, right there." She giggled. "Wait here, okay?"
