Mina felt a shiver run down her spine as Bambam's arm wrapped around her waist. Her instincts screamed at her to pull away, but the fear of attracting unwanted attention held her back. She forced a smile and followed him.

"Mina, do you even realize how pretty you are?" Bambam whispered.

Mina chucked mockingly, "Do you know how much of a douchebag you look?" She stated with a sweet smile.

Bambam clenched his jaw, but his anger was diminished when he spots Jeongyeon and Nayeon.

Showtime.

He tightened his hold towards Mina, and whispered to her ear again, "Jeongyeon can see you, do you know that?" He chuckled, clearly entertained as he saw the panic in Mina's eyes as her gaze wandered through the unfamiliar faces in this room, "She's on a date with her girlfriend, Nayeon."

Mina gulped as the words felt like a stab to her heart, so this is why Bambam brought her here. To torture her. Mina stopped searching for Jeongyeon, she doesn't want to be hurt.

"I'd like to leave." Mina stated through gritted teeth, Bambam won today. She'll give him that.

"You can't." Bambam stated coldly, "Leave and I'll scream that you and Jeongyeon are cheaters."

Mina felt a wave of nausea. She knew he was bluffing, but the thought of being humiliated in front of everyone was terrifying. She nodded slowly, her eyes filled with defeat.

He then guided Mina to sit, he made sure Jeongyeon will see Mina's face clearly.

"Smile wide, Minari." Bambam stated as he chuckles.

Mina smiled sweetly, "We aren't cheaters, I didn't cheat to anybody." She stated. Her face looks lovely yet her words are venomous.

"You cheated on me." Bambam retaliated, his eyes narrowing.

Mina laughed bitterly. "I didn't cheat on you. You were just there. A convenient scapegoat. I was miserable when Jeongyeon and Nayeon started dating, and you were the only one who seemed to care." She paused, her voice filled with contempt. "If you were a decent human being, maybe this relationship would have worked. But you're just a selfish, narcissistic jerk who needs constant validation."

"Stop." Bambam stated coldly. "Just stop talking." He uttered angrily as he glanced at Mina.

Mina ignored him, her laughter growing louder. She knew she was playing with fire, but she didn't care. She was tired of being pushed around.

Not long, Mina glanced at the people going out of the cafe, and her heart stopped.

It was Jeongyeon and Nayeon.

Jeongyeon is guidng Nayeon as they walk towards the door, while the SNU med student paints a pretty smile on her face.

A pang of jealousy shot through Mina, and she felt a familiar knot tightening in her chest. She wanted to go home, to disappear from this painful scene, but her feet seemed rooted to the spot.

Bambam, noticing her distress, couldn't help but snicker. "You saw them, didn't you?" he asked, his tone dripping with amusement.

Mina bit her lip, her tears threatening to spill over. "I want to go home," she stated, her voice barely a whisper.

"Go home then, what do you think? I'm your driver?" Bambam chuckled as he savours the cake he ordered for himself. "Oh wait before I forgot." He stated and then pushed a box of pastries towards her, "T-this is for your eomma." He gulped, and then looked down. If Bambam would be completely honest with himself, he wants to apologize to Mina's family, especially to her mother, Seojin. Who has been nothing but good to him. But he can't. He can't let the Japanese girl win this battle.
