"Everything seems normal from outside but I am sure something must have triggered her mind for her to get unconscious. I know you have appointed the best psychologist and Psychiatrist for her. So, you should consult them immediately." The family doctor tells Kavyansh after she is done checking Varenya.

"So you mean to say that she can gain consciousness anytime soon?" Kavyansh asks.

"Hopefully yes because her BP and heartbeat is showing pretty normal. By the way, does anybody have any idea exactly what happened before she fainted?" The doctor asks looking at the family members present in the room.

"Varu was alone with Mishti, Hulk and Shardul when I left the room." Kiyansh replies looking worried.

"Is she scared of dogs?" The doctor asks.

"No, she is not." Meghna replies immediately and Kavyansh can feel an urgency in her tone which doesn't settle down well with him.

"And what if she is?" Kavyansh asks staring at Meghna sharply which makes her gulp.

"How can she be scared of dogs? She loves Mishti." Meghna replies while Kavyansh just nods his head in response but he looks at Shivansh to see that Shivansh is too staring at Meghna with a blank look on his face.

"Tai loves Mishti but it doesn't mean she can't be scared of other dogs. Are you sure you are telling us the truth?" Jivika asks standing in front Meghna who immediately backs away feeling too intimidating by Jivika's extremely calm yet dangerous presence.

"Yes, I am sure." Meghna replies while clearing her throat.

"Then, I guess let her wake up and then she will tell exactly what happened. For now, I am taking my leave." The doctor says and walks out of the room while Shivansh follows her to see her off.

Kavyansh then sits beside Varenya and holds her hand while Kiyansh lies down on the other side wrapping his arm around his mother. Meanwhile, the family members leave the room understanding the gravity of the situation.

"Ansh, has it ever happened that your Mumma got scared because of dogs?" Kavyansh asks his son who makes a thinking face and then suddenly his eyes widen.

"Yes, Papa. I remember that Varu got very scared when two unknown dogs entered inside the house gate and Mishti started barking at them loudly from inside the house. Mishti was only three months old at that time I guess but the other two dogs were very big. That time too Varu fainted while scratching near her ears." Kiyansh replies and instantly Kavyansh starts checking Varenya's ears to see if there is still any mark available or not.

A few tiny faded marks are visible on Varenya's ears which is clearly showing that whatever Kiyansh is saying is true. But what Kavyansh is finding odd that Varenya has never been scared of dogs because he knows her yet if she is getting scared of dog barks then it means this may be related to her parents death as well. Just then Kavyansh too remembers how Varenya got scared when she met Hulk and Shardul for the first as they started barking loudly. So, maybe again today they have barked loudly which may have made Varenya to faint.

With that thought in mind, Kavyansh gets up from the bed and comes to the balcony that's attached to his room to call Dr. Bhavya. A few rings later when Dr. Bhavya picks up the call, Kavyansh describes everything to her and in response she tells him to give the prescribed medicine to Varenya after she wakes up. She also says that she will be there to check on Varenya, till then Varenya should stay away from the dogs or no barking should be done in front of her. After disconnecting the call to Dr. Bhavya, Kavyansh dials Basheer's number who instantly picks up the call.
