A tear slide down Adwait's eyes while he keeps looking at the broken woman in front of him. The woman who has been hiding so much grief inside her that it may take years for her to recover. Yet, she hasn't complained a bit and keeps on living for her daughter, maybe for her lost son too.

"What's your husband's name?" Adwait asks gulping hard to control himself because he just needs one clue to see if what he is thinking can be true or not and if by any chance, his thinking comes out to be true then he will destroy the people responsible for everything.

"Darshit Singhania." Meghna replies with a faint smile on her face remembering her late husband while her eyes reflect the pain of losing him.

On the other hand, Adwait feels like a cold bucket of water is thrown over him hearing the surname. Even others get surprised as well because no way this can be a coincidence. But no one says anything and let Adwait decides what do next.

"I am sorry." Adwait says making Meghna to look at him with a sad smile.

"Don't say sorry for something you haven't done. It was written in my destiny to lose everything that I loved and cherished. But I am happy that my Anu has got a very good family and maybe my son is happy with his family as well." Meghna replies putting her hand on Adwait's face who bites his lip from crying aloud.

"Bhaiya..." Jivika puts her hand on Adwait's shoulder which makes him turn around to look at his younger sister.

"We need to know what happened next. So, please let Aunty continue." Jivika says softly understanding the turmoil going inside her older brother. Adwait doesn't say anything but nods his head in response before he turns around to face Meghna who is looking very pale.

"What happened after you saw the car burst?" Adwait asks to which Meghna takes a deep breath.

"I didn't have any energy left to fight and soon I lost consciousness. But the next time I opened my eyes, it had already been six years since the incident. I didn't understand what's happening around me because I was in a hospital room and then suddenly I remembered everything. I tried to get up from the bed but couldn't feel my body. Suddenly, a man in doctor uniform along with two nurses arrived in the room and tried to make me calm. But I kept on repeating that I needed to save my husband and daughter. After a lots of struggle when I calmed down, the man introduced himself as Dr. Gautam Mukherjee and how he found me in the roadside dhaba of jodhpur highway." Meghna says and wipes her tears.

"He told me that he was going through that road when he saw a big crowd gathered around something. So, he stopped his car and noticed that another car was burning while I was lying in a pool of blood a few feet away. He instantly got me in his car but then he heard loud crying noises so he followed the direction, and found my daughter inside a small uncovered drum. He asked the people around if they knew whose kid it was but when they said that they didn't know, he took the kid with him and drove away from there. He started my treatment but my wounds were too brutal that I slipped into a coma. On the other hand, he and his wife Mrs. Bondita Mukherjee adopted Varenya." Meghna says and heaves a sigh remembering the first time she met the Mukherjee couple.

"But how did they know Bhabhi's name?" Shivansh asks out of curiosity.

"Both my kids used to have gold bracelets in their wrists which had their names engraved in them. When we left our son in the orphanage we took off his bracelet because we didn't want to leave any evidence, his father even said a different name to the caretaker while handling her our son. But Varenya still had her bracelet on her wrist when Gautam Dada found her. So, they kept her real name but gave her their surname after adoption." Meghna replies while Adwait frowns.
