A FEW YEARS AFTER EPILOGUE~
Many things have changed in the Rathore Palace, just like the lives of the people who live within its grand walls. Raghuvendra Singh Rathore, the eldest and most respected member of the family, now spends most of his time in his room. His health has been slowly declining, and after consulting with some of the best doctors, the family has accepted that it's better for him to rest in bed as much as possible.
But that doesn't mean his days are dull.
Because he has found the most precious company: two little whirlwinds of joy who keep him entertained with their endless chatter and innocent laughter.
They are none other than Shivansh and Jivika's two-year-old twin daughters, Anvika and Anshika: the new rays of sunshine in the Rathore family. Their tiny feet, their soft giggles, and their sweet babbling bring more life to Raghuvendra's room than any medicine ever could. Their presence fills his heart with joy so immense that, at times, he even forgets about his poor health.
Besides these little angels, another person who plays an important role in Raghuvendra's life is his great-grandson, Kiyansh. Over the years, Kiyansh has matured beautifully. He has taken it upon himself to be his Par Dadu's constant helper. His eyes always stay alert, especially when his sisters and Par Dadu stroll around the garden. From a small distance, he follows them quietly: protective, careful, and calm, like a true guardian.
Everyone notices the change in him. He is growing into the boy Kul Purohit Ji had once predicted. A perfect balance of calm like his father and deeply possessive like his mother when it comes to protecting his loved ones.
"Bhabhi, have you seen Blossom and Butterfly?" Shivansh asks as he walks into the kitchen.
"They must be with their Bhaiyu. You know how much they cling to Kiwi." Varenya replies with a soft chuckle.
"I should have guessed. Those two can't breathe without their Bhaiyu." Shivansh sighs, shaking his head.
"Just like you still can't stay away from your Bhai." Aaradhya teases, passing dry fruits to Varenya, who is busy preparing Kheer.
"Why are you pulling my brother's leg, Maa?" Kavyansh enters the kitchen, smirking.
"Thank God you are here, Bhai. Otherwise, Maa would have teased me all day." Shivansh grumbles while the others burst into laughter.
"All right, enough chatting. Now leave this place. We have a lot to do before the guests start arriving." Aaradhya says with a pointed look at her sons.
Shivansh and Kavyansh share a look, sighing dramatically before stepping out, knowing full well that their mother is right.
"Varu, did you call Meghna Ji? Are they coming?" Aaradhya asks, now giving instructions to the head chef.
"Yes, Mumma. They have already left and will be here soon." Varenya answers, gently stirring the Kheer before turning off the stove.
She takes a small portion in a bowl and hands it to Aaradhya.
"Taste it, please. I really don't want to mess it up."
"The smell is enough to prove that it's delicious. But fine, let me taste so you don't keep doubting yourself." Aaradhya smiles and takes a spoonful. Her eyes close in delight.
"How is it?" Varenya asks, biting her lip nervously.
"Absolutely perfect. Kiyansh will love it." Aaradhya assures, beaming.
