Dr. Bhavya has arrived in the palace with her team and started to treat Varenya. Even Samarth has arrived as well to assist Dr. Bhavya after getting a call from Kavyansh. However, Varenya isn't responding to anything and having seizures. So, not having any other option left Dr. Bhavya has to put Varenya on a medically induced coma. Thankfully, Shivansh has arranged everything in the medical wing and that's why Dr. Bhavya is able to handle the situation in short period of time.

On the other hand, Kavyansh has totally lost himself after seeing his Lotus's condition. He isn't himself anymore but this time he isn't losing himself in self-loathe, he is losing his mind because of the build up rage inside him. He has broken every single thing in his room in the fit of rage which has made him injured. But it seems he doesn't care at all.

"Bhai! Calm down!" Shivansh shouts and holds Kavyansh's hands stopping him from breaking a vase.

"How can you tell me to calm down? Haven't you heard what Dr. Bhavya said?" Kavyansh asks breathing heavily while his face is totally red.

"I have heard everything and that's why I want you to stay calm. She has given 50-50 chance to both things. One, that Bhabhi's condition may get worse after she wakes up and two, Bhabhi may remember everything. So, why are you only thinking about the negative part? Think about the positive part as well, Bhai." Shivansh says holding Kavyansh' shoulders who shakes his head.

"I don't want to think negatively but after losing so much I am not able to think positively." Kavyansh replies while tears falls from his eyes.

"Bhai, please don't cry. Think about Kiyansh, he doesn't know what happened to Bhabhi. So, you need hold yourself for the sake of him." Shivansh says wiping Kavyansh's tears.

However, Kavyansh doesn't seem ready to calm down. Because suddenly his eyes turned dark and he walks out of the room making Shivansh to follow him while trying to stop him. Yet, Kavyansh doesn't stop and arrive in front of Meghna's room. Without asking Kavyansh enters the room to find Meghna crying holding something close to her chest.

"Are you happy now?" Kavyansh asks loudly making Meghna to drop the photo frame she is holding. She gets up from the floor and looks at the man in front of her with a guilty expression on her face.

"Kavyansh..I.." Meghns goes to say something but breaks down in tears not able to talk.

"What is the use of crying now? How many more things have you kept hidden due to which my Lotus is suffering? Can't you see her pain?" Kavyansh asks in a loud tone which makes Meghna to cry harder.

However, before anyone can say anything Shivansh's phone starts ringing and when he notices that it's Ritika who is calling he instantly picks up the call. He talks with her for a few minutes and then disconnects the call before looking at Kavyansh to inform him that Ritika has said to be present in the family room.

While Kavyansh nods his head and walks out of the room, Shivansh looks at the upside down photo frame on the floor. He tells Meghna to go as well and after she leaves the room, he picks up the photo frame.

"Who are these people?" Shivansh asks to himself looking at the photo where a couple is sitting on a sofa holding a little girl and a little boy on their laps.

Everyone of the family have gathered in the family room except the dogs and Kiyansh who are in Geetanjali's room playing with each other. Two maids are there to look after them so that none of them can leave the room, especially Kiyansh.
