"What is Angel doing?" Varenya asks Jivika looking at the colourful design on the floor.
"I am making Rangoli for Dhanteras." Jivika replies while making a thin line to match the design.
"Oh." That's all Varenya says.
"Angel, why has the big house gotten ready?" Varenya asks referring to the decoration of the palace.
"Because day after tomorrow is Diwali." Jivika replies.
"What is Diwali?" Varenya asks sitting beside Jivika on the floor.
"Diwali is the festival of lights where we decorate our house with many things, we lights up Diyas, we perform Lakshmi-Ganesh puja, we eats different types of sweets & snacks and then we burst firecrackers." Jivika answers before looking at Varenya to see that she is looking deep in thought.
"What are you thinking about, Tai?" Jivika asks nudging Varenya on the arm softly.
"Maa keeps fast on Diwali because on Diwali Varu and Maa-Baba celebrates Kali Puja. Then Varu also celebrates Dev Diwali with Maa-Baba watching the Ganga Aarti." Varenya replies which makes Jivika curious to know more about Varenya's culture.
"Tai, do you remember how your Maa-Baba celebrate these festivals?" Jivika asks hoping that maybe this way Varenya will remember something from her past.
"Varu is a little baby so Varu doesn't remember." Varenya says fumbling with her fingers.
"It's alright, Tai. Come on let me help to make the Rangoli fast because then I will make Laddu and you'll help me in that too." Jivika remarks winking at Varenya and instantly Varenya's face lit up in happiness.
"Yes, Varu will make Laddu with Angel." Varenya says clapping her hands which makes Jivika giggles before she starts instructing Varenya on how to make Rangoli.
Meanwhile, Pratap and Abhinav are discussing with Raghuvendra about the upcoming anniversary party of the Rajput & Son's company which is the family business. The party was to be held a few months ago but due to some reason it had to be postponed. So, now it has been decided that one week after Diwali the party will be held.
"Papa, but what about Varenya and Kiyansh?" Abhinav asks while Pratap and Raghuvendra looks at him with confusion.
"What do you mean?" Raghuvendra asks his younger son.
"Papa, only Kiyansh is introduced in front of the media in person but not Varenya. All the family members attend the anniversary party of our company and if Varenya doesn't get to join then I am sure none of us will feel good." Abhinav replies making Raghuvendra and Pratap to nod their heads.
"But she will get scared between so many people in the party. Also, Kavyansh has restricted Varenya or Kiyansh to go out of the palace and I am sure there must be a big reason behind it." Pratap says.
"Hmm, that's also true. It's alright, they can attend the party next year and hopefully by that time Varenya will get better." Raghuvendra remarks making his sons to nod their heads in response.
"By the way, how is Eklavya doing?" Raghuvendra asks looking at Abhinav.
"He is doing good, Papa. Just last night I and his mother talked to him." Abhinav replies with a smile on his face.
