We're locked in with nobody holding me back. I'm typing away at the formatter after Tess agreed to let me have the space for the night. I got all the girls, Mox, Chase, Serenity, all sitting around with no armor on, just their nanosuits, ready for me and my master craft.

Y/N: I'm thinking goddesses. Not like Hive gods or anything, nor Vex constructs, but not historical, maybe... a manifestation of a goddess. This will require you three to have your helmets off.

Chase: Wait, that's not in the rulebook!

Y/N: You can hold them by your side.

Mox: Chase.

Chase: What?

Mox: He helped write the rulebook for the fashion competition. Seven years ago. With that being said, what are you planning, Y/N?

Y/N: I'm going to... need to practice my beauty skills once again. I have color palettes that demand your tones, or frames... babe...

Seri lets out a light snicker. Then I turn around, Shade zipping by to activate the monitor that extends out of the formatter, showing the preview that I normally see. The first picture I show them is my designs I have for Mox. I want her to wear all black, but not in the unoriginal, black-everything-because-I-have-no-fashion-sense kind of all black, I mean... more...

Mox already wears all black, with glowing parts all throughout her transcendent armor, signifying her strength and sheer power as she harnesses her gifts from the Traveler. What I want to do is expand on that. I guess it isn't going to be all black, but it's going to glow even more, using the darkness of her armor as just a canvas. Her makeup and hair will need to change to accommodate it.

Next, onto Serenity, I'm able to pull up a preview of what she'll wear. It'll be capitalizing on her glowing yellow features. I plan to change up some of the accessories, mainly the antennas that stick out of her ears... or... where ears would be if she were human, combined with more markings. Her armor will look celestial, as if she's made of stone.

Chase? Oh... Chase... Oh, I have something cooking up for her. Doink flies by and helps me get her preview up. Chase looks in shock, then disgust, then shock again once she realizes just the finer details. Her hair will need to be braided in some spots for the charms I have. I want her to be a goddess of the living, unlike Mox's goddess of power, or Serenity's goddess of time.

We have shaders capable of having moving patterns across armor. Chase's will be more wild, with moving, slithering snakeskin going along her cape and such. Mox's will be more auric, providing the image that her armor is unable to contain her strength. Serenity's will be the most eye-piercing, as it glows between the cracks, or within the runes of her armor a blinding yellow, holding back raw cosmic energy.

With all of this in mind... I think I can cook this up and make them look glorious. This is the day before the ball, and I can't spare a single minute. I feel Seri touch my shoulder, and turning around, I can see her eyes laced with concern.

Y/N: What's up, boo?

Seri: Are you gonna be able to do all of this? I-it's a lot of work...

Y/N: Serenity, I really appreciate your concern, I love you for it... I'll be okay, I-I promise you I will. With your guys' help when I need it... we can do this.

Mox and Chase both smile. Well, you know Mox doesn't, but I like to imagine she did. I look at Seri then, who wraps her arms around me for a bearhug and a kiss. I kiss her back, kissing her somewhat passionately as the other girls look away. She whispers in my ear.

Seri whispers: I-I'm sorry the device couldn't work but... I-I could use some love right now...

Y/N whispers: When the formatter starts printing Mox's stuff, we can head down to my place for a bit...
