Seri: Y/N.

She practically squeaks my name out, a hint of desperation and longing playing under her faint, fake breath right after. It only makes the grip I have around her back ever tighter as I speak again.

Y/N: Serenity... Oh, Seri... I don't remember anything, in fact I have memories that aren't my own-

Seri: Stop that. Chase told me that you always thought that you weren't him. You have his memories from the crystals. You have his dreams. Y-you... have his heart... his soul... You are him, just own it... Y/N...

She separates from me for a second, leaning her head and chest back as we stay locked around one another. She's good at taming my anxieties and stresses about my identity crisis problem, that's for sure.

Seri: You're just an Exo now... t-think about it...

We both snicker softly, then look down at each other's chests. She looks at mine as she contemplates and I try to avoid succumbing to eye-candy. I'm sorry but I didn't know what you expected me to see down there other than synthetic robertsons. I tried to focus on the fog in my head that still exists, but is clearing the more I settle into Y/N's... MY... life.

Y/N: Y/N-2, huh?

Seri: Y/N-1... you were rebooted once... and once is all you need... T-this is... this is everything to me. Y/N, I... y-you...

Y/N: Shhh... I may have an identity crisis, but don't think I forgot how much you meant to me. I loved you Seri and I'm ready to love you again, no matter what my brain tries to say or... whatever, you and I both know I'm not THE Y/N, but-

Seri: Yes, yes... the Seclusion, I know, stop it. I-It's just... w-wow... w-wow...

She taps my chest with her index and middle finger, then looks up at me, the bottom piece of her mouth quivering like she's crying. I know there are no tears, but I bring my hand up anyway to pretend to wipe them away, and really just to caress her metal cheek. I hold her close and I don't let go; some people mutter and "awww" as I do it.

Y/N: So... wanna stay at the beach or do you want to go somewhere we can talk? Standing in front of a busy bar doesn't seem like the ideal place.

Seri: I know, but how coincidental that we embrace in front of a bar... just like how we did back then...

Y/N: I know...

Thanks to Chase's training, I'm able to channel some of my strength. However, I'll need Seri's training to make it even easier. Using the strength the light gave me, I'm able to lift Seri's Exo chassis. It's like lifting a metal version of myself, because her frame is almost as big as me. I tuck my arm under her legs and wrap the other one around her back. It causes her to jolt in shock until she realizes what I did.

Seri: O-oh my...

Seri giggles softly, clenching onto my jacket before wrapping her arms around me. I carry her swimsuit-clad body away from the bar and carry her to the shoreline. I found a nice, private spot for us to talk and spend time together

There were old chairs that were left behind by people that we could sit on. I sit down with her in my arms, then set her down on my lap. She maneuvers herself so that she can hold onto me, lie on me, and stroke my chest as we get lost in each other's gaze.

Seri: Mox-

Y/N: Shhh... It's just us right now. Mox sent me across a bar and fills you both with lies. I think it's warranted.

Seri: T-there's no doubt she loved you more than all of us. But how has the new light experience been for you?

Y/N: I need to figure out how to get myself... to the point you guys are.
