Will is lying on his and Nico's bed, hands splayed over his stomach, legs wide apart, and the drawstring of his hoodie pulled so tight only his nose and a couple stray curls poked out from underneath.
"Nico?" Will says, his voice faint and almost clogged, as though he's been crying.
Nico is at his desk, across from the bed, back to Will. He has an osteology textbook open and is drawing the human skeleton and labeling each bone. "Yes, sunshine," Nico says, distracted and not looking up from his work; his pencil drifting across the paper in wispy strokes to sketch the outline.
"Why do you even like me?" Will's voice is choked, small, and faint. A whisper to the wind.
Will hears Nico's pencil drop onto the desk with a quiet clack. Nico is silent, but Will also hears the squeaking of the chair as he turns around. Then it's completely silent. Not even the sound of Nico's footsteps are heard.
Will's stomach churns, not sure where he's gone. Why did he say something like that? It sounds like he wants to break up with him. But it's the opposite! Will doesn't feel worthy enough for Nico. Nico with his gorgeous inky hair, soft skin and small frame. His warm eyes and sharp jawline. He's got the best personality and so cute and just amazing. Will's not.
Will's obnoxiously tall, unruly hair that never lies flat. His freckles are all over, making his face look blurry. He doesn't have abs or super noticeable muscles like other guys. He's kinda fluffy, soft.
Just as Will's mind starts wandering again, his heartbeat picking up, he feels the bed dip beside him. Thin, nimble fingers brush up his chest to his hood, loosening the drawstrings and revealing him to the dark room aside from the lamp shining from the desk.
There's Nico, concern etched on his face, his stunning eyes gazing at Will with a mixture of love and sadness. His hand reaches up and runs through Will's hair, combing his curls back gently out of his face, then caressing his cheeks.
"Now why on earth would you ask such a question?" Nico asks softly, adjusting himself to lean and hover over Will, one hand on his cheek, the other supporting himself.
Will lets out a heavy sigh, turning his head to hide in his hood, away from Nico's hand. "I'm not attractive," Will mumbles.
Will glances up at Nico. Nico's frown is deep, surprise in his eyes. "Who told you that?" Nico's face twitches with anger, his jaw clenched.
"No one," Will says, feeling kind of hollow.
Nico bites his cheek, but then brings his hand to turn Will's chin so he's looking at him again. The smaller man moves to straddle Will's lap, shifting to bracket Will in between his arms. "Can I ask what you're insecure about?" Nico cocks his head, eyes wide.
Will gulps, moving his hands from his chest to Nico's thighs. "I–I'm not pretty like you are, Nico," he rubs his thumbs on Nico's legs, fidgeting with the fabric of the other man's sweatpants. "I have an ungodly amount of freckles pretty much destroying my face, I'm not muscular like other guys, I have fat and I'm squishy," Will bites his lip.
"Will," Nico says in the softest tone Will has ever heard the man use. Nico cups his face, thumbs tracing his freckled cheeks. "You are so amazingly perfect, you know?"
Will scoffs, but his cheeks light up a faint pink.
Nico continues, a smirk playing on his lips at the sight of Will's blush. "I happen to love your freckles and squishiness," Nico states, pecking Will on the lips before he shimmies down his body and runs his hands up Will's shirt.
Will's breath hitches at his cold hands, his stomach muscles clenching. "Nico..." Will whines.
"Shh," Nico whispers. He gently raises Will's hoodie, pulling it off of him to reveal his bare chest, splattered with freckles and cushiony stomach. Will in reality just doesn't have rock hard abs. He's got a little pudge, but he's soft and comfy.
"I love how stunning each freckle is," Nico carries on, placing his lips to Will's pecs and down his sternum, leading to his stomach. He kisses around his belly button, brushing the waist of his sweatpants. "And I love your stomach. So soft and comforting to wrap around. You are so wonderful, tesoro. I want you to see that."
Will is speechless, just reveling in the plush kisses Nico places up and down his chest, playfully nibbling at his neck and his sides. Will moves his hands to Nico's hair, playing with the strands as the latter moves down more, poking past his waistband and kissing the dips of his hips and caressing his spine, his small hands underneath Will.
"I really don't tell you how beautiful you are, enough, do I sunshine," Nico mumbles into his chest, warm breath on cool skin. "Why don't I go ahead and show you." Nico peers up at Will, eyes hooded and cheeks faintly flushed. His hands wander lower and Will feels like he's floating. Nico's soft touches and warm breath and comforting words.
Nico is everything he could ever need, he realizes. Nico loves him for him. Nico crawls back up Will's body and captures his lips. Soft, warm, plush, love, is all Will can think, completely intoxicated by the amazing man above him.

I know I posted on my smut book this week, but it felt weird not having a fluff one. So, here ya are, a short little cute one.
This one kind of has some smut potential, so let me know is y'all would like to see a continuation of this on by other book.
Nonetheless, I hope you enjoyed. Have a wonderful day/night, drink some water, eat a snack, take care of yourself. You deserve it!
Love always,
Neptune <3
Q: What's your favorite aesthetic?
A: I love like an herbal witch type aesthetic. Like someone who lives in a cottage on the outskirts of town and makes potions and sells them at the town's farmers market. That's so specific, but that's literally me.

Solangelo One Shots (fluff)
FanfictionThis is basically just some Solangelo one shots. They are inspired by prompts I have seen. It is mainly fluff, some spicier fluff, a sprinkle of smut. I take ideas and recommendations, but I don't really love angst. Like I said, it is pretty much ju...
