Solangelo One Shots (fluff)

Story LII

Will closed the Hades cabin door behind him, his muscles aching with each step. He just got finished with his infirmary shift and it was around curfew. He got a dinner break, but then spent the rest of the evening bandaging and stitching due to the recent capture the flag competition. It didn't go so well.

He sighed heavily as he trudged further in. It sounded like Nico was in the shower, so Will decided to grab a pair of pajamas he had in one of Nico's drawers and change.

His scrubs were frankly disgusting and smelled rancid. He peeled them off, careful not to set them anywhere near the bed or even on the carpet in the center of the room. He threw on a pair of shorts before making his way to the bathroom.

The door was closed and shower steam curled under the lip, the warm steam hitting the cool air of the cabin.

"Nico," He called as he cracked the door open, his voice just loud enough to be heard over the water.

"Will?" Nico shouted over the noise.

"Yeah, I just got done with my shift," he walked into the small bathroom, going to the sink to wash his hands. He took care to scrub his hands thoroughly even though he did so before he left the infirmary.

"How was it?" Nico asked, his voice bouncing off the bathroom walls and flowing past the shower curtain.

Will sighed deeply. "Really tiring, I need cuddles so badly," he turned the sink to warm and washed his face, scrubbing his skin with his hands.

Nico chuckled. "Of course, my love," the water shut off and in the mirror he saw the curtain pulled back enough for Nico's pale and nimble hand to reach over to grab a towel. Moments later, he stepped out of the shower, his hair damp and a towel around his waist.

Nico walked up behind Will and placed a hand on his hip, drawing him in and leaning up to place a sloppy kiss on Will's neck, avoiding his soapy face. His damp hair tickled Will's chin.

Will laughed, then rinsed his face off. He then turned to Nico and drew him in, giving him a proper kiss on the lips.

Nico hummed and smiled against him, before they broke apart. "Missed you today," he hummed and rested his head against Will's shoulder.

Will ran a hand down his back, warm and damp skin smooth under his fingers, he toyed with the edge of the towel, then brought his hand back up to rest on the back of Nico's neck.

Nico straightened out and smiled at him. "Finish getting ready for bed, imma go get into clothes and then it's cuddle time," His reached a hand up and cupped Will's face, smoothing a thumb over his cheek bone.

Will leaned into it and nodded.

Shortly after, they were cuddled into bed, Will head on Nico's chest and holding onto him tightly. Nico read while he absentmindedly ran his fingers through Will's hair.

Will seeped into him, his eyes closed and ear to Nico's heart, hearing it beat. He hugged Nico closer, their legs tangled together. He placed a kiss to Nico's hoodie clad chest and nuzzled closer.

Nico bent down and kissed him on the head. "Go to sleep, sunshine. It's time to rest."

Will's resolve dissipated and he let himself drift off, the sound of a live and living Nico echoing in his ears; their hearts and breaths syncing together.

super duper short chapter. i've been crazy busy.

Tech week has officially started and it's from 4-9 pm. I'm dying. We only get a dinner break from 8-8:30. Lovely stuff.

Sorry once again, this month is just hectic and wild and I honestly wasn't even going to post. But I am true to my word and I love making these for y'all.

I have been trying to update my smut book, but I've barely gotten around to this one, so idk when that'll happen. Maybe when I'm not having to write these at 10:30 at night.
