Keep your feet on the line and keep your shoulders parallel with the line.

I know it make you uncomfortable but trust me, you'll get the hang of this in due time.

At the end of the night, my feet hurt and my brain feels like it's going to burst because in 3 long hours, I've learned so much.

I've learned how to keep time and I've learned to think about the steps before I take them, all inside my mind.

I know that my bod acts as a bind. It tells me that I cannot move this way or I will jiggle way too much if I do that.

But I'm here and I'm not turning my back.

I've got friends and I've got teachers that understand what it's like to know your body is wider and movements are harder.

They are willing to spend a little more time to make sure that the mental notes I take rhyme and they know that even if I fail, I tried and I'll try again if it means that I can be with my friends.

The sweat may be sticky and the pain may be sharp.

But as a note to my future self.

Pick your self up off the field and march.
