Raven's P.O.V.
I woke up the next morning and I got ready for the day and when I walked into the living room where I saw a shit load of guys just standing around. They all stared at me until Jeremiah came and he said to the guys, "What the hell are you guys looking at?" The guys looked away and Jeremiah took me into the kitchen and he says, "They know you have no mate so they think that they have a winning chance to be your mate." I nod my head and Jeremiah says, "So what will it be, blood or human food?" I thought about it and I already had blood three days ago so I said, "Human food, please." Jeremiah nods his head and he tells me to sit down on a chair and suddenly five guys come running in and only one of them was able to pull out the chair. I flipped the guy off and I told them to walk away. Jeremiah laughs his ass off and he continues making my breakfast, the guys walk away pissed and then I sat down on the chair.
My dad came out then and he was pissed and when he saw Jeremiah he yells out, "Why in the hell are there men in my house?" Jeremiah turns around puts his hands in the air and says, "I'm sorry, I had them stay in your house until you got up." My dad growls and says, "Well, I'm up now, get them out, I don't trust them around my daughter." Jeremiah gets done with my breakfast and I start eating. I get done eating and then I ask my dad if I can take a walk outside and he says, "I suppose but I want some men to go with you." My dad walks over to Jeremiah and says, "I want you to choose the men who didn't come running out here." Then I stand up, wash my dishes and wait for my dad and Jeremiah to decide who is coming with me outside.
After they decided who was going with me I ended up having five guys following me and then we went outside where we started walking. After a while I felt like I was being watched so I told the guys this and they became more alert. I decided to sit down and let the guys scout out the area to make sure it was safe but I still couldn't shake the feeling that I was being watched. I ignored that feeling of course, thinking it was just my imagination. I then got up and we started walking back home but then again I felt like I was being watched. We walked into my house and the feeling of being watched went away.
Jace's P.O.V.
I couldn't help myself, I just had to see my mate in real life. I was really pissed to see her surrounded by five guys cause I wanted to walk with her but I knew I couldn't because I would get in trouble. I then followed her to her house to see where she lives. After I saw where she lived, I decided to go hang out with my friends Max, Alex, and Chase. Their my best friends and their triplets. I had my skateboard in my car and I drove to the park where my friends were already waiting for me. We were skating for a while and then we decided to take a break for a while.
I took this opportunity to tell the guys about a girl that could possibly be my mate and then Alex asked if I have met her yet and when I say no they were looking at me shocked. I laugh at their faces and I say, "Well, I got a picture of her." I pull out the picture and hand it to Chase and all three say, "She's beautiful." I growl loudly and I say, "She's mine." They nod their heads and Max says, "We know that Jace, calm down." I start calming down and I no longer feel the need to beat the shit out of them.
We start talking about random shit but I don't remember what it was about cause I zoned out thinking about Raven. Then I felt someone shaking me like crazy and then I felt Chase slap me across the face. I glare at Chase and I say, "What the hell was that for?" Chase begins to speak but Max says, "I told him to do that because you had zoned out on us." I shake my head thinking to myself, 'What is going on with me, this is the first time that I have zoned out in front of my friends.' Then Chase grabs his skateboard and says, "I don't know about you wimps but I'm going to skateboard some more." Then the other two grab their skateboards and they join their brother on the ramps and I'm left alone." I then start smelling a scent that I'm not recognizing and then I see a girl with two guys coming into the park and all three of them are carrying skateboards with them. I stare at the girl cause thats where the scent is coming from and then that's where I realize that the girl is my mate!
