Raven's P.O.V.
After Jace had asked me to stay in his room I told him that I will stay because I didn't want to get in trouble with the family that lives here. I sat on the bed and then I noticed that Jace has an i-pod so I grabbed it and then I started flipping through the songs. Then somebody opens up the door and I thought it was Jace but it wasn't. The guy stands in front of me and says, "My name is Ash, may I sit next to you?" I nodded my head and I say, "Nice to meet you Ash, my name is Raven." He sits down beside me, holds out his hand and says, "Nice to meet you Raven." I shake his hand and I stretch my legs out.
Ash and I start talking about something but I don't remember any of it because all I could think about is Jace. Then Jace comes in and he says, "What are you doing in here?" I look at Ash and he says, "Just thought I should come and introduce myself to Raven." I nod my head and Jace says, "Well, you introduced yourself, didn't you?" Ash nods his head and Jace yells out, "Then get the hell out of my room!" Ash stands up walks over to Jace and says, "Be nice to her, don't fuck it up." Jace nods his head and Ash leaves the room and then Jace comes and sits beside me.
I laid my head on Jace's shoulder and then I say, "What happened?" He doesn't say anything for a while and then he says, "Can we talk about that later?" I nod my head and then Jace grabs my right hand and he squeezes it a bit and he says, "My father is very upset about all this." I nod my head slightly and he continues on with, "My father would like to speak with you alone whenever you feel like speaking with him." I nod my head and I kick my shoes off and then I lay down on Jace's bed. I look at Jace and he notices that I'm staring so he says, "Like what you see?" I laugh at him and say, "No." Jace gives a look like he's hurt by what I just said and then I say, "I do, I like what I'm seeing." Jace blushes and I laugh again and then I say, "I'm going to take a quick nap." Jace nods his head and then I close my eyes to go asleep.
Jace's P.O.V.
I watch Raven sleep on my bed and I feel very protective of her. I start to stand up because I was going to guard Raven when she grabbed my arm. I looked down at her and I noticed that she had woken up and she says, "Lay down with me." I nod my head, kick off my shoes and then as soon as I laid down, Raven lays her head on my chest. I put one hand on her head and then I put the other one on her hand where it lays on my chest and then I fall asleep myself. I woke up two hours later and I noticed that Raven wasn't in the room and I started freaking out when I heard someone knocking on the door. I went to answer it and it was Ash so I grabbed his shirt and I say, "Where's Raven at?"
Ash prys my fingers off, of his shirt and he says, "Relax, she's talking with dad." I growl loudly and I say, "How in the hell am I supposed to relax?" I then shove Ash and run to my father's study room, not even bothering to knock. I enter the room and Raven, my dad, and my great-grandpa were talking to each other. Raven stands up and walks over to me and I pull her into a hug. After I hug Raven, I gently take hold of her head and I say, "Did they hurt you?" When she shakes her head, I calm down and kiss her forehead.
I take Raven's hand and then I sit down first and then I pull Raven down on my lap. My dad smiles at me and then he says, "So Jace, you do know Raven will eventually need to call her family so they know she's alive, right?" I nod my head and I feel Raven taking my hand and she holds it. I kiss her cheek, then I squeeze her hand and then my dad says, "You two can go now." I nod my head and then Raven stands up and then I stand up too, grabbing her hand as we walk out the door. We head back to my room and I let go of Raven's hand so I can shut and lock the door. When I turn around, Raven is already on the bed so I join her and then she turns to face me so I say, "I want to try something." I place my hands on her waist and I kiss her.
