I just finished brushing my long blonde hair when my caretaker, Monica, called my name.
"Emily are you ready? You need to get started on your chores!" She called.
"Sure, I will be right down", I sighed, living here was so boring and depressing. Never in my two years had I gotten adopted. I turned out of my room after putting down my brush. I quickly ran down the wooden stairs in my socks, hoping not to be too late, but then I fell down rest of the stairs. I am so clumsy.
UGH!!! Not again! Last time I did this is was only like 6 steps, but now it was like double! I am so stupid, why would I run? I laid on the ground groaning because my leg hurt like heck. I carefully looked down at my leg to make sure it was alright, but...
