Michael and I were at the house we shared with the boys, waiting for them to come home.

The others were due to come home any minute and I was so excited. I love Michael to death but spending a shit load of time with just him can get very annoying.

When I heard the garage door open, I shot up off the sofa. I ran to the door, nearly tripping over my own feet multiple times before opening the door to see them getting out of the car.

I ran into the garage barefoot, hopping into Luke's arms, wrapping my legs around his waist.

I buried my face into the crook of his neck saying, "I missed you so much! I love you so much!"

"I love you Princess," Luke chuckled. "But I need to help take things inside, okay?" I nodded, Luke putting me down and walking over to the trunk of the car. I headed on over there as well, grabbing bags and bringing them inside.

. . .

By the time all the bags are inside and in the rooms they belong in, we were all sat on the sofas telling them what we did.

I was cuddled up on Luke as we all talked, feeling his chest move every time he talked or laughed.

"I missed you," I looked up at Luke, giving him a gentle kiss on the lips.

"I missed you," he smiled down at me.

"Can you guys stop being couple-y for one moment, please?" Calum groaned.

"Shut up," Ashton slapped his arm, "it's cute."

"Hey, I bet I could kick your ass at FIFA Luke," I smirked at him.

"Did you play it a lot?" He laughed, already knowing the answer.

"She also really got into The Last of Us," Michael added.

Neither Michael or I mentioned anything about the whole situation that he liked me or anything as we all talked. We just stayed quiet and let them tell us embarrassing things they did on the trip.

. . .

I was now in my room, blasting music from a speaker I stole from one of the boys while lying in bed on my phone.

I turned it down slightly as I saw Michael enter my room.

"Lauren, I need to talk to you..." Michael stood awkwardly in the middle of my room. I sat up off my bed, stopping my music and patting the spot next to me. Michael reluctantly sat next to me, keeping his eyes on his lap.

"What's on your mind Clifford?" I asked him, poking his cheek before letting off a small giggle. He stayed silent again and out of nowhere I hear rain beating down on the roof. I walk over to my window to see the rain just pouring. I rolled my eyes and walked back over to my spot on the bed, waiting for Michael to speak.

"Lauren, I just want to say I really love you. I've been thinking about this and I really want you to be my girlfriend. I know you're dating Luke, but think about it, I've been better to you than he has. I never raped you, I was always there for you, I just really want you to see how much I like you," Michael's voice was small.

"Michael, stop with this whole thing, please. I love you but just not that way! You need to give it up, I love Luke. He's treated me better than you've probably realized. He makes me so happy Michael," I said.

"But I could make you happier! I would treat you like a queen!" Michael begged. I stood up from my seat, shaking my head and walking out of my room.

"What did Michael want from you?" Ashton asked me as I ran into him in the hallway.

"Nothing," I sighed. Michael burst out of my room, capturing our attention.
