I woke up, my face still pressed to Mikey's chest. I tried to pull away gently but he held me tighter.

"Don't leave me, your warm." He groaned in a deep morning voice. I giggled lightly. I turned so we were now spooning. His arm was laying over my body, lining up with my arm. His other one was underneath me lining up with my other arm. His big hand laid upon my small hand, intertwining our fingers.

"Again, Lauren, I'm so sorry for yesterday." He apologized.

"It's fine Mikey," I giggled. He pulled his body closer to mine, leaning up to kiss my temple. We laid together for a long time just talking and getting to know each other.

"You didn't!" I gasped.

"I feel terrible but I did." He laughed.

"Michael Gordon Clifford!" I squealed while giggling. He laughed and gave me a quick peck on my cheek. Michael had just explained how he was clubbing with the boys and he took some girls purse, puked in it, then gave it back. I feel bad for her.

"AYE!" The boys shouted as they barged into Michaels room and started jumping around on the bed. I let go of Michael's hand to use my arms as a shield for my head. I curled up into a ball and started laughing.

When they finally settled down we were all laying across his bed and to be honest I was surprised we all fit. They were talking about band things so I zoned out.

How do I have three of the four boys to trust? What if this was a plan of some sort? Ugh, I wish they would just come clean and tell me if this was a plan.

"Hey Lauren we have something to tell you." Luke said. Am I a mind reader!?

"We're going to be gone tonight so you'll be home alone. Your alright with that aren't you?" Calum asked. Okay... maybe I'm not a mind reader.

"Yeah," I smiled while nodding. I shuffled out of Michaels grip on my waist and walked out the door, leaving the boys in the bed together. I didn't bother taking a shower since I took one last night.

I got dressed into black high wasted shorts and a maroon crop top that had "Bad Luck" written across it. I ran a straightener along the wavy parts of my hair. I applied some foundation and mascara to my face then headed downstairs.

"Laur!" I heard Michael call as I walked past his room. I walked over and stood in his doorway, my eyes scanning all the boys in the bed.

"Can you make the pancakes that Calum never let you get to?" He asked sweetly.

"Yeah," I smiled and headed back downstairs.

. . .

When the pancakes were finished I called the boys downstairs as I placed the plates on the table. They all came running down as I set the plate of pancakes on the table.

They all dove in and had about three pancakes each.

"These are phenomenal Lauren!" Ash smiled as he took his plate to the sink. I laughed at his use of vocabulary.

"He's right," Luke smirked at me. I grabbed a pancake and sat at my seat, between Luke and Calum. I felt a hand on my thigh and I looked up at Calum. His brown eyes were big and he gave me a warming, morning smile. I couldn't help but smile back.

. . .

I was laying on my stomach on the floor, the laptop on a book, and the boys around me playing some video game.

"Don't you find this annoying?" Michael asked me.

"Nope," I said popping the 'p'. "Honestly, I like this better than complete silence." I said as I pulled out a headphone. I was learning French. I sighed, moving on to history.

After a minute of reading the article I felt a body press up against mine. I looked over and saw hazel eyes, a dimpled smile, and a curly heap of hair.

"What are you learning?" He asked, his eyes still locked on mine.

"About The Crusades I think." I said as my eyes scanned to article to confirm what I had just said. He smiled and I continued, Ashton still laying with me.

After Ashton watching my whole history lesson, occasionally talking to the others, I was now reading my book.

"We're going to start heading out Lauren." Luke said. Ashton gave me a quick peck on the cheek and then he rolled away and stood up, following the boys out the door. I heard the lock click meaning the door was locked. I was enclosed in silence as I continued reading The Fault in Our Stars.

I had finished another chapter before I heard my stomach beg for food. I stood up from my warm spot on the floor and waltzed into the kitchen. My eyes jumped from food to food in the fridge. I had to cook pretty much everything but pizza so I settled with that.

I placed it in the microwave and waited for it to heat up. When I heard the glorious sound of the microwave I retrieved the food and went to sit on the couch.

I turned on the T.V. and started channel surfing. I came across The Big Bang Theory and sat back, laughing at Howard's stupid belt buckle which was a Nintendo Entertainment System game controller.

When I finished the episode and my pizza it was around eleven. I was tired but I didn't want to move. I grabbed my book and started reading. I read a lot of it and I stopped at the start of the chapter, when the bad news was told to Hazel.

My vision was too blurry to continue reading. I threw the book down and started sobbing, shoving my head in a throw pillow. I was sobbing hard enough that I didn't even hear the door open.

"We're ho- Lauren are you okay?" Calum asked, rushing to my side. He lifted my limp body and sat down, letting me rest on his shoulder. His arm was snaked around my shoulders.

"Lauren? Why are you crying?" Ashton asked as he knelt down to my level.

"Yeah," I sniffed, "the book just made me really sad." I sighed, remembering the words that my brain had processed.

"Oh my god! You had us scared to death!" Mike yelled, letting a small smile creep on his face. I giggled lightly.

"I'm going to go to bed." I said as I stood up out of Calum's grasp.

"But we just got home!" Luke stuck out his bottom lip, pouting like a baby.

"So? I'm tired so I shall go sleep." I smiled and walked away, up the stairs. I did everything I had to do before going to bed then I crawled under the covers, getting all warm and drifting off into dream land.
