"Whale forest is revered as a sacred place because of the existence of this very stone! We "guardians" are tasked with the role of protecting it!" Nekomamushi explained and Inuarashi continued, "That red stone over there is known as the "Road Poneglyph". The final point of the grand line, which has been endlessly sought by the stalwart warriors of the sea! This stone is a guide to that very location!"
"You mean, Raftel?!" (Y/n) took a guess, and Inuarashi confirmed it, "Exactly right! However-" but before he could explain further, he got cut off by everyone else.
"RAFTEEEEELLLL??!!!"
On with Chapter 61:
3RD PERSON POV
"It's the freakin' finish line! You'll be the freakin' Pirate King!" Luffy exclaimed in excitement at the mention of Raftel.
"Huuuuuuh?! The location of Raftel is seriously written on that big slab of rock?!" Usopp questioned in disbelief.
"Wait, wait! Hold your horses! There's a "however"! "However"! Y'hear?" Inuarashi quickly cut in before anyone else started speaking over him, "The red stone: "Road Poneglyph"... It's not the only one! There are a total of four throughout the world!
"What?! Does it mean there are four Raftels?!" "No, there aren't! Let him finish first!" Luffy got smacked in the head by Usopp.
"That stone must indicate the location of some unknown spot but it's not Raftel."
Luffy held it whatever he want to say,"
"The other three Road Poneglyps all indicate different locations in the same manner. When you learn where these locations are and connect those four points on a map, those lines will cross the center! That's where the last island is. Only the King of Pirates and his crew have reached it in all these centuries! And that's Raftel!" Inuarashi finally managed to finish his explanation.
"The last island - Raftel!" Luffy could finally speak, "Raftel... Finally! I wonder if it's there! Or not! The One Piece!" he exclaimed his thoughts excitedly while staring at the Poneglyph.
"So we can get a hold of the One Piece!"
"Yohohohoho! It's finally in sight! Conquering the Grand Line!"
"I'm getting fired up! Suuuuuperrrrrr!"
Law stayed quiet as he too stared at the Poneglyph. Occasionally, he would ask (Y/n) what the text said and ponder about the meaning for a bit.
"I can't wait!" (Y/n) had a small excited smile on her face, "I wonder what kind of information and secrets lie there... Fabled indestructible stones that are scattered across the world, and they have an ancient language carved on them.."
"Okay! Let's go search!" Luffy was ready to sprint away to find Raftel by himself.
"Where are you going?! It's a big world! I'll get back Sanji quickly!" Luffy was barely listening though, "Listen to me!"
"You-gara, " Nekomamushi called out to them, "if yo're gonna go to Whole Cake Island along Pekoms, it wouldn't be such a bad idea. Of the four Road Poneglyphs, we are missing the whereabouts of only one. We have one here." Law and (Y/n) listened carefully, "And the other two are under the control of some pirates."
