Pappug's mansion up close was even bigger, if that was possible. You wondered how a tiny starfish could live in such a huge residence.
"WHOOA!" Luffy stepped forward, his hand on his hand as he admired the house standing proudly before him. "It's huge!!"
A line of merfolk and fishmen came rushing out of the house, bowing their heads respectfully for the return of Pappug.
"Welcome home, Master-sama!"
Not only them, but a whole crowd began to swarm your group, their eyes fixated on the presence which was Pappug.
"Hey, that's Monsieur Pappug!"
"You mean that really famous guy?!"
"Wow! Is it really him?!"
You were pretty shocked at all the attention Pappug was getting, but it made sense in the long run, since he was a famous designer. "You're more popular than I thought, Pappug."
Pappug began to chuckle, his laughter escaping him as if he was an evil villain. "Yeah! Are you guys surprised?! When I'm in the water, I'm just a fashionable starfish, but... on Fishman Island, I'm the president and a very popular designer of the Criminal Brand Co. The brand is known all over the world now, and we have stores in many countries! Even the famous Doskoi Panda is--"
"Oh, look at that! What is it?!" Luffy cut the starfish off, and you could see the way he shrunk in disappointment. Your captain was pointing to what seemed to be a store, probably filled with all kinds of clothes.
"That? The 1st floor is a Criminal Store." Camie answered.
"Let's go there!"
"Okay!"
You watched as your friends all scurried off, beaming with excitement to check out the store. However, you decided to stay behind for a few moments, keeping Pappug a bit of company while he sulked over not getting the spotlight.
