When I lifted my head, just barely, I looked up to see I was back at Nuwa's temple, the other kings of the Underworld standing in front of my friends and MK.

Nezha and Li Jing were there as well.

Nuwa's statue had all the stones placed on it and, in the distance, was a shining glowing pillar.

"Y/n?" I heard MK's voice.

"Stop this madness!" A king spoke.

"Only the Harbinger and the next goddess of life can use the stones to fix the pillar so that the next goddess of life can be in the new cycle." Another king says.

Mei looked at my struggling and distentegrating form and then looked at MK. "What are they talking about?"

"But don't you see? That's exactly what they are." Xiangliu spoke from under his hood.

He turned to MK. "The Harbinger of Chaos." Then looked at me. "The next goddess of life."

MK looked at me in concern, but there was also shame in his eyes.

"The Harbinger and the next life goddess are not due to awaken for another eon! Till the cycles end!" A king shouted in outraged.

"Hahaha!" Xiangliu cackled. "You fool... the cycles end... is here..."

All the other kings looked toward Xiangliu.

"It was you...?!"

All of a sudden, Xiangliu used his power and destroyed the other kings of the Underworld.

"Don't struggle! You'll only make it worse." He sighed, finishing the job. "Finally! I couldn't stand to be among those food a minute longer."

Li Jing started to speak. "You are not one of the ten kings, demon."

"Who are you?" Monkey King asked him.

"Xian--." I grunted in pain.

"Now, now, Y/n..." Xiangliu stood right next to me. "Save your strength for the big reveal."

"It's funny how they kept saying you were chaos." He laughed. "They never knew, the creator from the chaos beyond was standing next to them all this tine."

"Oh, let me guess." He chuckles as he starts to pull on his hood. "Ooh! Wonder what's under the hood? Who could it really be? Haha! I can tell the suspense is killing you."

"Here comes the big reveal..."

Xiangliu then took off his cloak and revealed himself to everyone. "Kind of creepy, but anticlimactic, right?:

"Monkey King, who is this guy?" Mei whispered to Monkey King.

"I like had no idea...!" Monkey King whispered back to her.

"Okay, wow! I'm very used to all of our enemies being just recycled your old enemies." MK spoke up

Mei gave Monkey King a smug look. "Or like your ex-best friend."

"Wukong, come on!" Xiangliu smiles. "We are old enemies! Old friends, too. You just don't remember."

I glared at Xiangliu, wobbling as I stood to my feet. "He's behind everything. He freed Azure and woke MK up. Just for all of this."

I felt more pain shoot through my body, letting me fall to my knees again.

"Y/n!" MK ran over to my side.

"Yes, she's right. But I should really introduce myself." Xiangliu bowed. "I am the tenth king, the Prince Consort of Jisai, the Nine-headed Demon, Xiangliu the emissary, the list goes on. The name's really not that important."
