Y/n's P.O.V
I was brought back to a cell in the Celestial Realm, where I sat there for who knows how long.
I sat against the wall, my head lowered as I figured out what I'm going to do now.
Suddenly, I heard footsteps and looked up to see the First King of the Underworld in front of me.
"What do you want?" I glared at him.
The First King put his hands to my forehead, and my circlet dissipated.
"What?" I looked at him in confusion.
He offered me his hand. "I'm here to give you the answers you seek."
I looked at his hand suspiciously. "What answers? And how can I know I could trust you?"
The first king chuckled, retracting his hand. "You were always the cautious type."
I stood up, getting even more and more confused. "What in the world are you talking about?"
"One who understands the beauty of life, and it can bring beauty even from chaos." He says.
"Ugh!" I groaned in frustration. "This is already getting tiring. Go on, go ahead, tell me the answers I so seek."
"First, we must go back to the underworld." The first king grabbed my arm, and before I knew it, he had teleported us back to the Underworld.
I groaned, holding my stomach. "I don't think I'll ever get used to teleportation."
"This way." The first king says as he starts walking down a hallway aligned with cyan-colored torches.
"Wait!" I ran after him, walking beside him when I caught up.
"You know..." He started speaking again. "The last time I saw you--."
"Yeah, the last time you saw me was when you put me, my boyfriend, Monkey King, and Macaque in jail. Oh, and I can't forget that you and Li Jing put a circlet on my head!" I interrupted him.
"I took it off for you, didn't I?" He says.
"Yeah, but--."
"I thought it was better than having more memories taken from you." He told me.
I stopped in my tracks. "Wait, more?"
The first king said nothing, turning to a large door and opening it.
He gestured for me to go into the room.
I looked at him suspiciously before entering the room and followed.
When I entered the room, I saw that I was your average everyday bedroom for someone like me.
"What is this place?" I looked around, looking at the bed that seemed to not have been touched for years.
There was even a window seat that looked over the Underworld.
The final thing I noticed was a glowing orb sitting atop a dresser with a dusty mirror and a dusty photo.
The first king approached the orb, holding it in his arms. "I come here almost every day to relieve those memories."
"What memories? And how does that relate to me?" I walked over to the dresser, picking up the dust photo. "And what's with this photo? It's so dusty."
I blew the dust off the photo, freezing in place.
In this photo is what looked like a 5-year-old version of me riding on the shoulders of what looked like a demon.
The demon was pale green, scales on his face, piercing orange eyes, and what looked like green snakes for hair, and wore a silver headdress.
"That's me, b-but that can't be right. When I reincarnated into this world, I was grown, and that demon. Who is he?" I looked at the first king.
