GUYSSSS It's My Birthdayyy!!!!
ENJOY THE CHAPTER!! (It's shorter than the other ones, I didn't have much time T_T)

The forest was thick here—dense with ancient trees whose branches knitted together like whispers of old wars. The ground was soft with moss, but the air was tense, crackling with the storm of battle brewing just beyond the hills.

Sasuke's footsteps were silent.

He reached the hidden camp—a camouflaged outpost nestled deep between the trees, its large cloth-covered structure shaded in muted green and brown to blend into the terrain. It was the kind of place you'd walk right past if you weren't looking for it. But Sasuke had a sensor's precision—his chakra tuned to every flicker in the air—and he moved straight toward the entrance.

Two guards stepped in his path, alert and tense.

"State your name and—"
Their words choked in their throats the moment their eyes registered the person before them.

Jet-black cloak swaying. Sword strapped to his back. Eyes—sharpened obsidian, and colder than steel.
Uchiha Sasuke.

They froze. Then stepped aside wordlessly, backs straightening like saluting statues.

Sasuke didn't even glance at them.

With one motion, he brushed the heavy green flap of the camp aside and stepped inside.

The room was low-lit but thick with power.

Tsunade stood near a makeshift map table, arms folded, a deep crease in her brow as she studied the chessboard of war. Kakashi was leaned back against the tent's support post, one eye lazily watching a shifting scroll, while Guy did slow stretches in a corner, his energy simmering just beneath the surface like a dam about to burst.

And then there was him.

Itachi.

Sitting calmly on a wooden crate, his cloak neatly folded beside him. His face was serene—almost too serene. Those eyes, still and unreadable, flicked up the moment Sasuke entered.

The flap closed behind him with a soft fwmp.

No one said a word for a moment. Just the sound of wind rustling the trees outside.

Then Tsunade spoke, her voice sharp. "Didn't expect you this soon, Uchiha."

"I wasn't planning to be," Sasuke replied, eyes on his brother. "But the war's shifting faster than we thought. I came for Itachi."

Itachi blinked slowly. "I assumed you might."

Kakashi straightened, a flicker of interest in his visible eye. "This about the Edo Tensei army?"

"Yes." Sasuke turned to all of them now, jaw tight. "Zetsu clones are everywhere. But someone else is pulling strings. Tobi isn't the only one in this game. There's an Edo Tensei army marching across the field... and we don't know who's behind it."

Tsunade's brows tightened further. "We suspected as much. But the technique—it's too complex. Even Orochimaru needed time, sacrifice, and prep. We've had no reports of mass kidnappings or graves disturbed. Whoever this is... they're clean."

Sasuke looked at her directly. "Orochimaru is a suspect, not the answer. He trained me. Saved me from Danzo. If he wanted the world to burn, he would've done it long ago. But I can't ignore the possibility. That's why I need Itachi."

Itachi stood slowly, eyes locked with Sasuke's, like he was reading everything his brother wasn't saying aloud.

"You want to find the puppeteer," he said softly.
