The training day had officially begun. Each of the Hashiras had been working hard to give the other demon slayers the best, yet most demanding, training possible.

It wasn't easy to say the least. Most of the demon slayers had already realized in the first few days that the time ahead was going to be hell for them. The amount of training they had experienced in just those few days was enough of a warning that they would feel nothing but pain at the end of the day. And if that wasn't enough, they had to do it with every single Hashira.

[Y/N] was at the Butterfly Estate's training room. Shinobu had happily offered her to hold her training there, as she had other, more important tasks to take care of.

The girl was a little nervous, but also excited. It was her first day of training and she had to train a lot of other demon slayers.

That day, she stood in the middle of the room, surrounded by a multitude of demon slayers, all of whom were looking at her in awe. Each of them was eager to see what she would teach them. Of course, they had no idea how rough her training schedule would be compared to the other Hashiras, but from her aura and her friendly gaze, they were led to believe that perhaps spending time with her would be more pleasant than with most other Hashiras.

"I'm glad you're all here." she began, looking around the crowd. Although she seemed perfectly calm on the outside, inside she was still worried about her own training. She hoped it would be good enough to make some kind of impression on the other demon slayers. She might have been a little bothered by the fact that among the multitude of faces, she found almost no one she recognized. But that didn't deter her. She had a goal, and she was going to accomplish it.

"I'll be giving you mainly reflex training. My training focuses on successfully standing up to sudden, almost imperceptible attacks. So improving your reflexes is a key fact if you want to respond to these attacks properly." she explained as she watched the other demon slayers nod.

Seeing that they understood and didn't object to anything, she smiled. "Then let's start right away. There's no point in waiting." she said, then walked to one corner of the room. She took off her haori, then carefully folded it and placed it on the floor. Then she picked up a wooden sword, then gestured to the others.

"Each of you take a sword. I'll tell you exactly how we're going to do this after." she told them, whereupon the other demon slayers eagerly stood up and easily grabbed a wooden sword.

[Y/N] walked to the center of the room again, then waited until they each had their wooden swords in hand.

"The task will be simple. I will ambush you, and all you have to do is block the attack and hit me. Understand?"
