Two years after the 'great thaw', Elsa was in the castle library reading a particularly old story book, The hero behind the shadows. It was her favourite.

She had taken quite a liking to it ever since she read as a young girl. It brought back warm memories. She would remember her father and mother reading it to her and Anna when they were still children.

She was flipping through the pages when she stopped and stared at a daisy flower placed between the pages. Suddenly, hazy memories flood through her mind.

Long ago when Jackson, her best friend whom she was secretly in love with, was still alive, they used to go and hide in places that their parents could never find, just to avoid their duties as their parents' children. Jack's mother and father had worked for the king and queen of Arrandelle for many years. Jack's mother worked as a maid while his father the head chef. As to give thanks to the Overland's care, when they lost their home, the king and queen took in Jackson and his parents and then on lived in the castle with their own special sleeping quarters. Then on Jackson, Elsa and Anna would always play together. When Elsa and him were alone, they would read books and make bookmarks made of flowers from the castle garden.

Snaps out of her day dreaming state. A smile was planted on her face. But it starts fading away. She starts tearing up. Tears of sadness running down her face and onto the book she was reading. "I miss you, Jackson," Elsa said in a soft tone.

~Meanwhile 294 years into the future~

Jackson overland, now known as Jack Frost, is sleeping on a thick branch of a tree. Dreaming.

||Jack's POV||

I see blonde hair... Platinum blonde. It's soft and beautiful. But whose is it? Jack repeated to himself in his dream state.

"Jackson, thank you." A females voice echoed through his mind.

"I'll never forget this day." the females' voice said.

"Who are you? Who's talking!" Jackson demanded an answer.

"It's me silly!" She replied.

She was behind him. He could feel her breathing down his neck. With all his might he turned around to face her.I don't know why but for some reason I thought I for a second she seemed familiar.

"Jackson! Stop kidding around! You are making me feel uneasy." She exclaimed and beamed me a smile.

At that moment, my mind started forming out letters, it was some sort of name.

"E..El...s..a?" I whispered.

Everything went dark.I couldn't see anything.

"Elsa... Elsa! Elsa! Come back! Why were you here? Please, tell me!" I shouted desperately into the distant, dark and empty void.

Elsa was gone.I was alone. And I woke up. I was panting. Wild thoughts came to my mind. Why did I know her name? Was that a coincidence? What did it mean! I need answers and I need them now.

~Back to 294 years ago from now in Berk~

"Ok, this is it! I'm gonna ask her!" Hiccup exclaimed excitedly.

"Finally." Stated Ruffnut, lounging on a sack of potatoes.

"Ssh! Be quiet she's coming!" Fish legs warning was heard and everyone took their places.

"Hiccup? Ruffnut? Where are you guys!" Astrid yelled.

At that moment, a candle lit path illuminated the dark meadow. She started walking towards the end of the path where she saw Hiccup kneeling down on one knee. Tears of joy filled her eyes.

"Astrid, will you give me the honour of-" Hiccup said before being cut off by a big bear hug by Astrid so strong they fell straight to the grassy field.

"I'll take that as a yes?" Hiccup smirked.

"Yes! You dummy! Of course, it's a yes!" Astrid replied happily.

Astrid planted a big old kiss on hiccups lips. Everyone who had seen what just happened applauded at the new found engaged couple.
