What Happened After Everything?

Time pt3

"Sandman! Are you alright!? What happened!"

I was panting and my ears were ringing. As I looked up, I could see the horrified looks on their faces. I could hear all their slurred words... It was like being inside a bubble that you couldn't escape.

After multiple tries of trying to understand what they were saying, the bubble popped! It hurt like mad! I dropped down on the cold hard ground on my knees with my hands cupping my ears. I couldn't stand the pain so I let out a silent scream.

"Sandy!" I heard one of my companions say before I started seeing images structure themselves around me.

I was slowly disappearing from the place I was once was and was being lugged forward straight to the bright and shining void of colours and dust.

By the time that I had arrived the end, it was as if all time stopped and I was greeted by tiny nebulas surrounding the black and starry vacuum of space.

Suddenly from the corner of my eye, I saw Jack! He seemed to be in a heated argument with someone and was very mad... but no one was there...

If I weren't in almost the same situation as him right now, I think that he'd finally snapped and gone completely crazy!

I immediately sprung into action! I began to leap forward but It occurred to me that I was frozen stiff and my limbs were completely numb! I tried once more but all my attempts were futile!

After promptly giving up, I continued to keep an eye on Jack.

He was flailing his arms angrily... I could see him form sharp and pointed icicles around him. He was aiming straight ahead when a hand appeared out of thin air. It elongated itself and tugged on the fabric of space.

Slowly a man came out of the blanket. He sauntered forward and grabbed him by the waist.

I couldn't understand what was going on as they were too far away for me to hear anything.

Without notice, Jack's expression worsened and tears were escaping from his eyes and into the zero-gravity place and floated aimlessly. His icicles started becoming dangerously close to the man but not close enough to actually touch him.

He struggled to try to get out of the mysterious man's grip and failed.

Once he clearly gave up, he then on started sobbing. It broke my heart to see Jack this way! I wanted to help but I was involuntarily paralyzed for the whole duration of this mess!

I saw his icicles disappeared and I think so did his spirit.

The man started whispering something in his ear and they both vanished, leaving me here all alone int his empty and dark place.
