Author's POV

Backstage, After the Photos...

The energy slowly settled as the group dispersed. Staff began winding down, lights dimmed, and the sound of distant fans still echoing from outside faded into background noise.

RM, J-Hope, and Jin began chatting with the crew, while Jimin and Suga quietly slipped away to change. That left the four of them.

Hayoung. Nayoung. Jungkook. Taehyung.

They gravitated into two separate corners of the room, like gravity pulling them where they were meant to be.

🌹 Hayoung & Jungkook — A Moment of Stillness

Jungkook sat beside her on a padded bench, elbows on his knees, head tilted slightly toward her.

"You look like you're still in a dream," he said gently.

Hayoung looked down at her hands, the ends of her black saree resting like silk across her lap. "Maybe I am. I just don't want to wake up."

He smiled at that—soft, boyish, sincere. Then reached into the pocket of his jacket.

"I usually keep this for luck," he said, pulling out a small silver pin in the shape of a crescent moon. "But... I think you brought more luck tonight than anything I've ever carried."

He gently placed it in her hand.

Hayoung looked at it, eyes wide. "I can't take this—"

"You already did," he whispered, smiling. "The moment I saw you."

Their eyes met again—and this time, it wasn't just admiration.
It was something warm.
Quiet.
And full of meaning.

🔥 Nayoung & Taehyung — Red Threads of Fate

Taehyung leaned against a flight case, arms folded, eyes still fixed on Nayoung like she might disappear if he looked away.

"That red saree," he said, voice a little rougher now, deeper. "It's going to live in my mind for a long time."

Nayoung laughed, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. "You're still flirting?"

"No," he said, stepping closer. "I'm just being honest now."

She met his gaze, heart thudding again. There was something in his eyes that wasn't playfulness anymore.

He pulled something from his wrist—a slim, red string bracelet tied with a small silver bead in the center.

"It's a Korean tradition," he said quietly, "Red thread of fate. The idea is... two people destined to meet are connected by it."

He reached for her wrist, looking into her eyes for permission.

When she nodded, he tied it gently around her wrist.

"Now I'll always know where you are," he said softly.

Nayoung didn't know what to say. Her fingers closed around the thread, feeling like her whole world had just shifted.

And in those two quiet corners...

Under the afterglow of the concert, under soft lights and unspoken words,
Two connections were formed.

Not fan and idol.
Not strangers anymore.

But something rare.
Something beginning.
