Rohan's POV – The Crumbling Illusion

He didn't remember walking down the stairs.
Didn't remember crossing the street.
Didn't even remember how he got back into his car.

All he could remember was her.
Wrapped around that boy like it was natural. Like it was always meant to be.

Jungkook.
That singer. That idol.

That wasn't supposed to be him.

He stared through the windshield, engine off, hands gripping the steering wheel until his knuckles turned white.

"She invited him over. She wore his clothes."

All this time — every laugh, every moment backstage, every shoot they'd survived together — he thought he meant something to her.
Maybe he did.

Maybe she just forgot.

He wasn't angry.
Not yet.

But something in him was cracking.

I gave her this career. I made her visible to the world.
And this is what she does?

Still... he wouldn't confront her. Not yet. Not directly.

Instead, he'd tighten the thread.
Make her remember how much she owed him.
Remind her how quickly admiration turns into influence... and how easily it can disappear.

💬 Meanwhile: Taehyung & Nayoung – Worried, but Blocked

They sat in the café across from Hayoung's agency, watching from afar.

Taehyung:
"He hasn't tried contacting her since that night, right?"

Nayoung:
"No. But that's what worries me."

Taehyung:
"Because guys like him don't take rejection... quietly."

Nayoung (sighing):
"Exactly. But if I bring it up again, she'll just defend him. She always does."

🗣️ Flashback – Just a Day Ago

Nayoung had tried again, gently.

Nayoung:
"Hayoung, are you sure about Rohan? He came to your house. Uninvited."

Hayoung (frowning):
"He said he was in the neighborhood. It was a misunderstanding. Don't overthink it."

Taehyung:
"Even if it was, he saw you with Jungkook. That changes things."

Hayoung (sharply):
"You guys are acting like you know him better than I do. I've worked with him for years. He's not like that."

Nayoung (softly):
"People change."

Hayoung (cutting):
"Or maybe you're just paranoid."

That was the end of that conversation.

🎭 Rohan – Back in Control (On the Surface)

The next morning, Hayoung received a message.

📱 Rohan:
"We're moving up the brand shoot by a week. Big client opportunity. Only you can deliver what they want. Proud of you — always."

Professional. Polished. Respectful.

But underneath, it reeked of control.
He knew she wouldn't say no to work.
He knew she wanted to prove herself.

And as long as she stayed close, there was still hope to change her mind.
