✈️ Arrival of Rohan Sharma – Seoul, South Korea
It started with a message.
📱 Rohan Sharma:
"Landing in Seoul tomorrow. Let's set up your next shoot schedule. We've got a lot of eyes on your Korean campaigns. Dinner?"
Hayoung stared at the message, half-excited, half-distracted.
He was her boss — the one who gave her her first runway, her first magazine cover, her big break. She owed a lot to him.
She quickly replied, setting up a meet.
☕ Nayoung's Reaction
That evening, while sipping coffee in their apartment, Hayoung casually mentioned it.
Hayoung:
"Oh — Rohan's flying in tomorrow. He wants to talk shoot plans and some brand stuff."
Nayoung's smile froze.
Then vanished.
She looked down at her mug.
"Again?" she asked softly.
"What do you mean again?" Hayoung blinked.
"It's his job—"
"I just don't like him, okay?" Nayoung said too fast. Too sharp.
And just like that, she changed the subject — again — like she always did.
Hayoung's Internal POV That Night
Why does she always do that?
She's never said anything specific. Never gave me a reason. But every time I bring him up, it's like she shuts down.
She says it's nothing.
But Nayoung doesn't get angry over nothing.
Is it just protectiveness? Or... is she seeing something I don't?
🌆 Seoul – Evening Arrival
Rohan Sharma stepped off the flight, dressed immaculately — sleek grey suit, designer luggage, and the confidence of a man who knew how to command a room.
But Seoul was different from Mumbai.
And this visit wasn't just about business.
There was something else in his eyes — something colder. More calculating.
As his car pulled up to a high-end hotel in Gangnam, he made one quick call.
📱Rohan:
"Hayoung. I've landed. Let's meet tomorrow. Come to the hotel — we can go over the contracts privately before we talk brand shoots."
His tone was smooth. But firm. Controlling, even.
Hayoung (on phone):
"Oh—okay! Sure. Just text me the room number."
🏠 Later That Night – Hayoung's Apartment
Hayoung sat cross-legged on the couch, her phone in hand.
She typed a message to Jungkook.
Deleted it.
Typed again.
"Hey, my boss is in Seoul — wants to meet me tomorrow at his hotel. Big campaign talks. I'm kinda nervous haha."
Deleted that too.
She didn't know why she felt weird.
It was just Rohan. Her boss. Her mentor.
Still... she didn't like how he worded it.
"Come to the hotel."
Not "Let's meet in the café downstairs" or "I'll swing by your agency."
She brushed it off.
Maybe she was overthinking.
☕️ Next Morning – Breakfast With Nayoung
Hayoung stirred her tea absently.
Hayoung:
"So I'm meeting Rohan today. At his hotel."
Nayoung (instantly stiffening):
"His hotel? Why not a proper meeting room?"
