Author's POV
From the entrance of the rooftop, hidden in the shadows, the BTS members watched quietly. Their eyes, normally so lively and teasing, were now soft and watery, reflecting the warm glow of the string lights and candles.
Each of them felt something stir inside — a mixture of awe, respect, and deep emotion — as they watched Hayoung and Nayoung hold each other, finally letting the walls between them dissolve.
Jin's hand clenched slightly over his chest, his usual calm demeanor replaced with a rare vulnerability. "They... they really care for each other, huh?" he whispered softly, almost to himself.
Namjoon, always the thinker, nodded, his eyes fixed on the sisters. "It's the kind of bond that's unbreakable. No matter what happens, they'll always have each other's back."
Hobi's lips trembled, a small sigh escaping him. "I didn't think I'd get emotional over this... but look at them. They went through so much, and still... still love each other this much."
Yoongi leaned against the wall, silent, but the rare glimmer of tears in his eyes betrayed how touched he was. Even his usually stern presence softened as he watched the sisters' tender embrace.
Jimin's hands were pressed together, his eyes shiny with emotion. "It's... it's beautiful. The way they care... the way they forgive... it's amazing."
Jimin's usual playful grin was gone. He simply whispered under his breath, "I hope everyone can be this strong... this loving."
Finally, Jungkook and Taehyung — though standing behind their members — watched with a mixture of pride and emotion, silently acknowledging how much love and resilience their two special girls possessed.
Not a single word was spoken. There was no need. The silence held everything — the apologies, the forgiveness, the guilt, the love, and the promise of always being there for each other.
And as the wind brushed softly across the rooftop, carrying the faint scent of jasmine and night air, the members silently vowed to protect not only the girls but also the bond they shared, knowing some connections were too precious to ever let go.
Author's POV
Hayoung and Nayoung were still wrapped in each other's arms, the gentle night breeze carrying their uneven breaths. Their tears had dried, leaving only a quiet peace — the kind that comes after storms have passed.
From behind, the sound of slow footsteps made them both turn. Jungkook and Taehyung stood at the entrance to the rooftop, their faces calm yet soft with emotion. They had been watching from afar, but neither could hold back anymore.
Taehyung approached first, his long strides closing the distance in seconds. Without a word, he reached out and tucked a strand of hair behind Nayoung's ear, his eyes full of warmth and unspoken comfort.
"You did well," he murmured, his deep voice low but full of care. "Everything's okay now."
Nayoung smiled faintly, her voice trembling. "I was so scared, Tae... of losing her, of losing everyone..."
Taehyung didn't answer right away. He just pulled her into his chest and let her rest her head there. "You won't lose anyone," he whispered into her hair. "Not while I'm here."
Meanwhile, Jungkook's gaze lingered on Hayoung — his eyes searching hers, almost afraid to approach. But Hayoung smiled through her tears and reached out her hand toward him. "Come here, Kook."
The way she said it — soft, gentle, full of love — made his chest tighten. He walked over slowly and sat beside her, their fingers brushing before intertwining naturally.
