Jasmine and Mason had been missing in action doing their Mafia mission stuff and I had been left to fend for myself.

However now that they are back I was hoping maybe I could help in some way. I was getting restless here. I wanted to fight.

I wanted the twins.

I needed them to be okay. I kept running scenarios in my mind of where they could be.

I think the most obvious would be that the police found them and their living conditions and took them out.

They could be in a foster home or an orphanage.

What if I never saw them again? What if they were being hurt even worse?

I needed them back.

I was losing my mind.

I had mixed feelings about my Aunt and Uncle being kidnapped as well as my supposed cousins.

On one hand, they were my family and I can only imagine what Jasmine and Mason's father were doing to them.

But also, if they were related to my father then I bet they were just as evil as he is.

Two Years ago

I was in my room with the twins trying to get them to be quiet.

It was no easy task trying to get two four-year-olds to stop making noise at just 14.

"Odin?" I heard a voice outside the door of my locked room.

I quickly shoved Jenifer and Owen into my closet in hopes of keeping them hidden.

After successfully closing the closet door I went and opened the door to my room.

"Ma'am?" She had a sickly sweet smile on her face. However, I couldn't smell any alcohol on her so that was a good thing.

She had a bag behind her and she pulled it to the front and handed it over to me. "Your Aunt Sarah and Uncle Leo will be here soon.

Please change into these clothes I got you and your little siblings. Remember to be on your best behavior sweetheart, I'll come get
you when they are here."

She smiled again and then left.

This was the weirdest thing that she had ever done.

Bought us clothes? Smiled at me? Call me sweetheart?

Maybe all the drugs had finally gotten to her head.

However, I didn't want to disobey her and make her mad so I quickly got myself and the twins outfit.

Matching outfits at that. We all wore a shade of baby blue. Owen and I are the same thing, just different sizes, and Jenifer in a dress of
the same color.
"So pretty!" Owen said to Jenifer.

I smiled at him, "Yeah Owen, she does look so pretty!"

Jenifer blushed at the compliment.

"And you look very handsome Mr. Owen."

Now it was his turn to blush.

"Okay, remember the rules. I want you two to be holding my hands at all times. No talking unless I shake my head and tell you to. And
be on your best behavior. We don't want any reason for Mommy or Daddy to get upset hm?"

They nodded. We will see how well they follow these rules.

They weren't quite old enough to understand what Mother and Father were capable of and I tried to protect them from their wrath at
all times.
