This Changes Everything...

Negative

"Alright...so that's a negative on plan A. Ramming the cocoon open" Hiccup said. The Death Song had sprayed it's capturing liquid on everyone except Hiccup and a wild Thunderdrom that he trained.

"Please tell me you have a plan B" Astrid said. "If it involves cuttin', ramming or ripping, you might as well forget it, Hiccup. Once it cools down, this stuff is as hard as any rock I've ever seen" Fishlegs broke in.

"Cooled down?"

"And hardens..."

Hiccup looked around. "Hmm..." He hummed before he held up his hands. "No body move!"

"Oh yeah...that's funny. A real comedian..." Tuffnut said. His sister nodded.

Hiccup went to find some monstrous nightmare gel. He then poured it over the twins and made a way to Fishlegs. He poured the stuff over him, Meatlug, Barf and Belch before he made his way towards his dragon. Toothless grumbled.

Hiccup petted his head. He poured the gel from Toothless towards Astrid. Astrid looked up and him as he poured some gel on her cocoon.

Just as Hiccup was about to walk away, she said, "hey Hiccup..."

The man turned towards her. "Yes Astrid?" He asked and went to her, crouching down next to her.

"Thanks...for coming back and saving us..." She said. Hiccup smiled before he shook his head. "I should be thanking you..." He whispered.

"If I could kiss you now...I would"
Astrid said with a smile and blew away her bangs. Hiccup laughed and leaned down, placing a small kiss on her cheek. "I'll be back...I promise..."

Hiccup then stood up and walked away. He grabbed another bar of gel and made a way from the twins to Snotlout. He then held the green stuff over the duo.

"What are you doing, Hiccup?" Snotlout asked as he saw his cousin pour the green substances on him. "Just rust me, Snotlout."

"Says the man who's about to set me on fire?!" He complained. "You said it only stings a little..." Hiccup said with a shrug. "I was lying...you know I'm a lier."

"It'll be fine, Snotlout. I promise..."

The shaggy haired boy then walked away and jumped on the Thunderdrum.

The Death Song appeared and starte to chase them.

• Time Skip •

"Oh...I'm so happy to move again..." Snotlout said. The whole group agreed while Hiccup looked over the sea.

They had settled down on a island for the night to rest. Astrid looked over at Hiccup and left the others. She walked over to him and placed her hand on his shoulder. "Is something wrong?"

Hiccup looked over at her and gently shook his head. "No...nothing is wrong. Everything's fine..." He said and looked out again. Astrid pulled back her hand crossed her arms. She walked to the spot in front of him and smiled. "We both know that's not true..."

Hiccup signed and ran a hand though his hair. "It feels like...I could have done something more out there. What is the Death Song escapes again?"

Astrid let her hands down and looked into his eyes. "It won't Hiccup...because this guy-"
She stopped to poke his chest. "Was the one to trap it inside the cave..."

Hiccup looked at her before he wrapped his arms around her back. Astrid smiled and hugged back. "Your awesome..." She whispered into his ear. Hiccup smiled.

"And your so much more..."

The gang stopped talking when they noticed what Hiccup and Astrid where doing. "Do you guys always have to be so...lovey-dovey?!" Tuffnut yelled. The couple broke away.

The two looked at each other before Hiccup nodded. Astrid walked towards Tuff. She neared him. "And don't you think that's what couples should do?" She asked.

The others yaw dropped. Astrid smirked as she felt Hiccup's arm warp around her waist. She placed her head on his shoulder. "So you get disgusted by me but not by him?!" Snotlout yelled.

"Do you wanna have a punch in the face?" Astrid asked and held up her fist. "No thanks...you win!"

"Thought so..."

Astrid then grabbed Hiccup's hand and pulled him against their camping place. They learn against Toothless and snuggled.

The gang looked at each other before they went towards the camp place to and laid down to sleep.

Hiccup shook his head after a few minutes when he heard Snotlout say, "Astrid...you look like a pillow" in his sleep.

"So..." Astrid begin with a whisper. "Where where we?" Hiccup looked at her an they leaned in.
