(A/N: I CAN DIE HAPPY NOW.)

Noises of dragons where heard from behind them. Toothless and Stormfly where playing together, running after each other and just...having fun after everything they had been through.

Hiccup and Astrid sat on the edge of the landing area, at the stables, looking out over the vast sea and the sunset.

He turned his head to look at her. She was just so beautiful in this light. Not that she wasn't always beautiful but right now, after everything that had happened, he was just so happy for her to be there, well.

"Are you sure you're feeling okay?" He suddenly asked and turned his head towards her, fully taking in her beautiful silhouette. He was so worried about her.

Earlier, there had been a storm on Dragons Edge and there was rain and lightning everywhere. One second, she was in the Club House, talking to him, the other second, he found her laying on the floor at the entrance of the stables, smoke and marks covering her face and her clothes.

She was unconscious when he brought her into the Club House but she soon awoke, confused at why she couldn't see.

She told them that, when she was going to go out of the stables, a lightning bolt hit the ground in front of her and then everything had gone black.

They realized she had gone blind because of that and Hiccup was so scared. He didn't want the girl he loved endlessly to be...blind for the rest of her life.

Astrid was more then scared. She was terrified.

But, he was there.

A lot of things happened after that but, she made it through. Obviously. She's Astrid for Thor's sake.

After things had calmed down, Hiccup flew her to Berk where she visited Gothi and she gave her some saliva, wrapping her eyes with gauze.

She got her sight back and they came back to Berk and there they were now.

"I'm fine, Hiccup. Stop worrying about me now," She said and looked at him, with an half amused, half annoyed face.

He smiled at her.

"I'll...never stop worrying about you. That's just the way it is."

Astrid smiled and looked away for a second. "Yeah, yeah. I guess that goes for me too..." She said before looking up and at the beautiful scenery before them.

Hiccup looked at the sunset for a second before scooting closer to her, making sure to nudge her arm. She pushed his arm away with his and he looked at her. "Hey.."

Astrid laughed for a second.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Yeah, sure."

She looked at him, eyes gazing into his. He looked at her with a small smile. "Back in the forest when..we were, you know..."

"Yeah...?"

Hiccup had been talking to her in the forest when they were fighting a Triple Stryke, Astrid had suddenly gotten so terrified of her remaining blind that she had just...lost all hope. Hiccup was there. He held her to him and he said the most amazing thing to her she'd ever heard from him.

"Astrid, you and I have been through, everything together. You don't think we can handle this? Astrid, you have me. No matter what. Whatever that means, whatever you want it to mean, I am with you. There will always be a Hiccup and Astrid. Always."
