This Changes Everything...

Who are you?

The sun was shining high and strong in the sky. Night Terrors where chirping softly off in a distance. Astrid was walking around Dragon's Edge with Hiccup. They where jut enjoying the sunny day. Everything was fine until Hiccup tripped.

"Hiccup!" Astrid yelled as she saw him fall to the ground and hit his head. The blonde kneeled down beside Hiccup and grabbed his arm.

She shook it a little but the man didn't answer her. "Hiccup?" She whispered.

hiccup was laying on his bed, in his hut. Astrid was beside him, a hand place on his cheek.

"Hiccup..."

Astrid whispered again. The man stirred and opened his eyes. "Hiccup!" She said, happy that her best friend was alright. She hugged him.

"Uh...who are you? Why are you hugging me?" Hiccup asked, confused why a totally strange person would hug him.

Astrid pulled away with tears in her eyes. "You...you don't know who I am?" She asked, shuttering.

"No...who are you?"

Astrid buried her face I to his Cher and cried. He had lost his memory. She just couldn't bear it.

Why did it have to happen right now? She was just about to tell him how he felt for him but no, he lost his memory.

"Can you please just tell me who you are, strange person..." Hiccup said, a bit out of patience. Astrid pulled away.

"I'm...I'm Astrid Hofferson. Your best friend. Do you really don't know why I am?" She asked. The man shook his head.

"Do you at least remember anything?" Astrid asked with a little hope in her voice.

"Yeah..." Hiccup answered. "My name's Hiccup and I'm eighteen years old. I was walking somewhere before I tripped and everything went dark..."

Astrid signed. She wrapped her arms around his neck and looked deeply into his eyes.

"I know that you don't recognize me or anything but...but we've been best friend for a really long time. Just before you tripped, I wanted to tell you something but...I don't think that it matters now..." Astrid said and slowly laid her forehead on his shoulder.

Hiccup looked down at the stranger who appreciably was his best friend and felt sorry for her.

Even though he didn't know her, he wrapped his arms around her waist and higher her back. Astrid signed deeply before burring her face into his shoulder.

"Hiccup..."

There was no response. But, Astrid continued wen though he didn't answer. She pulled back her head a bit.

"I know that this sounds strange. And I know that you won't feel the same but please, accept this as it is..."

The blonde pulled back and closed her eyes, leaning in. She pressed her lips against Hiccup's in a deep and passionate kiss.

Her tongue slid over his lips and sneaked inside his mouth. Their tongues met and Hiccup's eyes snapped open at that right moment.

A few seconds later, he pulled her even closer and kissed back. Astrid signed and deepened the kiss.

She nibbled on his lower lip before slowly pulling away, panting lightly.

"Astrid..." She heard a sweet and soft voice say. She pulled away and looked at Hiccup. He was smiling widely before pulling her into his lap.

"M'lady..."

Astrid started to softly cry as se hugged him. "Hiccup! You back to your normal self!" She cried as she hugged him tighter.

Hiccup praised her away from him and stared her in the eyes, for a long time.

"Hiccup, please..." Astrid begged. The second he let her go, she almost jumped right at him. Her arms wrapped around his neck and her forehead touching the side of his neck.

"Astrid..." Hiccup whispered again. "Hmm?" The blonde hummed.

"Be my girlfriend..."

Wen Astrid heard those words, she stiffened and pulled away, looking Hiccup in the eyes. "You, you really mean...that?" She asked, stunned.

Hiccup nodded with a small smile before leaning closer to her. Just as their lips touched, he said, "I love you..."

And then, he kissed her, fully on the lips. Tongues entangled into each other and saliva was exchanged. It was messy but they didn't care.

Astrid pulled away. Her hands where placed on Hiccup's cheek and she stroke it. "Yes, I'll be your girlfriend. I love you to...so much."

And with that, the blonde laid down beside her boyfriend, just snuggling with him got the rest of the day AND night.
