(A/N: What was this about? Is this Maces and Talons part 1 or 2? I'm guessing one. I'm not sure what this is about. Anyway... Um... I don't really know the lines so let's just follow my ideas...)
Hiccup bowed his head, closing his eyes in shame. He'd let down the others. And he don't know how to fix this.
"I messed up. I really messed up. And I'm not sure how to fix this..." He said, slowly looking up with a sad expression.
Astrid's heart broke at that sight. She signed and looked down, debating wether she would comfort him or not.
Her feelings had grown even stronger to him these past months that they've been on the edge.
It was like nothing she'd felt before. It was love...and it was a love that no one could break.
"I'm not perfect..." She heard Hiccup say and that's when she had decided.
Her legs took her forwards and before she knew it, her hands where in his shoulders and she stood in front of him.
Fishlegs nudged Snotlout and Ruffnut, nodding his head away from the couple. Ruff grabbed her brothers arm, pulling him with her.
It were only Hiccup and Astrid left at the Club House.
"Hiccup...you can't blame yourself. It wasn't your fault..." Astrid said, slowly wrapping her arms around his neck.
Hiccup looked down at her, not moving his arms.
"You don't realize it, do you?" She asked. Hiccup raised his brows. "You're perfect. In your own way. We're here to support you, Hiccup. I'm here to support you..."
The man raised his hands, placing them on her wrists and pulling them away from him.
He wasn't in the mood for that right now. His mind where on other things.
Hiccup walked passed her, leaning against on of the posts of the Club House.
Astrid looked at him. She slowly walked up to him, wrapping her arms around his waist to pull h against her.
Hiccup looked down at her hands before placing his own in hers, walking to pry them off of him.
However, Astrid held onto him. "No...Hiccup. We can do this. We can go though this...together."
The man stopped and turned around in her grip, looking at her. He carefully placed his hands in her cheeks, leaning down.
"What did I ever do to deserve you?" He asked, pressing his lips lovingly against hers.
Astrid used her hand on the small of his back to pull him against her. She kissed back.
It was an open mouthed kiss with a little tongue. They pulled away quiet a few times during their kiss before resuming again.
Astrid stopped. She gazed into Hiccup's eyes, leaning up. Her lips met his ear. "I don't know. But I do know that you deserve to feel loved...that's why I'm here," She said, smiling before pressing her lips against his cheek.
Hiccup pulled away, kissing her again. This time, it was messy. It was sloppy. And it was grabby.
Her hands grabbed the leather of his back while his hands squeezed her shoulders and neck.
Their tongues knotted together as if it would save their lives.
The two pulled away, leaning their foreheads against each other. "Hiccup..." Astrid begun. "Yeah?" He asked.
She pulled away. "You're perfect. You're perfect...for me."
Hiccup snorted. "No, I'm serious..." Astrid said, dead serious. Hiccup looked at her.
"I love you," He blurted out, not caring about it.
They kissed again, savoring each other's tastes as if it was the last time they would see each other.
"I love you too," Astrid murmured against his lips.
"Hmm," He hummed.
They changed the positions of their hands. Astrid's landing in his shoulder while his landed on her waist.
They continued kissing for what seemed like forever.
Until they had to breath again.
