Gaia sat on a cliff, staring up at the night sky. She let out a deep sigh, remembering all the times she had spent with her siblings before they became greedy. She touched her back, remembering the large fight that broke out between her and her siblings a long time ago before any life had been placed on Earth.
She stood there, glaring at her brother Hunter has he and Zeus talked things over. Violet and Blue had Gaia pinned down so she couldn't move any. The two men came back to the pinned down winner of the gift of life. Before the girl knew what was going on, the dress she had been wearing was ripped off her back, leaving the skin open to her siblings.
"You love you're planet so much, why don't I burn it into your skin," Hunter laughed, grabbing an iron pole, heating it in the fire.
Gaia opened her eyes quickly, remembering the pain of the brand that was still on her back to this day. She looked behind her when she heard whispers. She saw three of her children watching her, the moon just giving off enough light for her to see which three it was: Feli, Yao, and Ivan.
"Well you three don't have to look at the stars from all the way down there," Gaia chuckled. "Come sit with me and star gaze. It's much more fun when you have family to do it with."
The three walked over to their mother. Yao and Ivan sat on either side of the woman, Feli who was still light enough sat on his mother's lap. The four sat there for a while just staring at the sky before the Italian broke the silence.
"The-a star's-a are beautiful-a, aren't-a they Mama?" he asked, looking up at his mother.
"They are," Gaia replied.
"I remember when Kiku and I would look at the stars together," Yao put in. "They've always seemed like a little hope to me when I was down because I could remember simple times, aru."
"When I was little I thought they were fireflies that got stuck in the sky," Ivan chuckled.
"They-a always-a reminded me of-a stories-a Grandpa Rome told me-a," Feli said with a large smile.
"What do stars remind you of Muma?" Yao asked. Gaia looked up at the night sky, giving it a little fault before smiling a little.
"Memories," she said, putting both her arms around her sitting children. That's how the four spend the rest of the night, snuggled up together, watching the stars.
